(March 6, 2026, Ulaanbaatar time), the Mongolia New Opportunities Summit 2026 officially opened at the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI)! This summit is jointly hosted by the American Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC) Mongolia Branch and MNCCI, with the theme "Green Leap • Global Family." The entire event was hosted and advanced by the Mongolian core team and the MNCCI team.

ACFC Chairman Jason Lin and TOPSUN Capital Group Vice Chairman Francois H. Chang both sent warm congratulatory letters, expressing high expectations for the summit and full support, but were unable to attend in person due to scheduling conflicts.Today's summit focuses on Mongolia's strategic positioning as a global resource hub. It provides an in-depth interpretation of ACFC's core asset authorization model covering global minerals, energy, ecology, water resources, and other fields:

authorizing top-tier fund institutions to issue green funds themed on "Protecting the Earth and Clean Water Resources,"

with funds specifically directed toward the construction of industrial IP clusters in enclave free trade zones.This green fund will be anchored in Mongolia's abundant natural resource endowments (minerals, wind and solar hydrogen energy potential, etc.), combined with ACFC's global high-end network and technology transfer capabilities, to create a seamless closed-loop from resource protection to green industrial upgrading—benefiting global children's future care and peace reconstruction efforts.

Today's Summit Highlights and Project Previews

Today's summit serves as the kickoff for the 2026 series of summit activities. On-site, the following key projects received preliminary previews and conceptual sharing (formal detailed introductions will follow in subsequent events):

1. CCC Queen Mary Green AI Giant Ship (New Noah's Ark)
   As a mobile global peace platform, it integrates zero-emission AI technology, seawater desalination, atmospheric water generation, disaster monitoring, and other functions. It supports annual "Global Family Day" events and the "One Table a Day · Global Family" aid model. In the future, it will link with Mongolian resources to explore enclave cooperation models.
2. Revival and Formation of the New Century American Flying Tigers
   Inheriting the spirit of transnational cooperation from the China-US Flying Tigers, transcending party lines and national boundaries, to protect vulnerable groups and advance the All Children Future Care century-long plan. Mongolian civil forces have responded in the first batch, and it will integrate into green guardianship and children's care initiatives moving forward.
3. Deep Support for MAGA-Led Gaza Reconstruction
   Drawing on TOPSUN Group's 30 years of experience in the Middle East, it provides intelligent water supply networks, gas transmission, AI metering systems, and other infrastructure solutions, in coordination with U.S.-committed reconstruction funds and international stabilization forces. Mongolian mineral and hydrogen energy resources will be integrated into the supply chain, forming a green corridor.
4. Mongolia Green Economy Leap Full Industry Chain (Hydrogen Energy, AI, Robotics, Sustainable Mining)
   Accelerating technology transfer and investment implementation, relying on Mongolia's resource advantages to build Asia's benchmark for green transformation. The core anchoring mechanism is the global green fund's allocation to industrial IP clusters within enclave free trade zones.

ACFC Mongolia Branch Chairman Dagiijanchiv Sanjaa and the MNCCI team emphasized on-site: Today's summit opens the door to new green opportunities for Mongolia. ACFC anchors global mineral, energy, ecological, and resource assets, issues green funds through top fund institutions, and specifically supports enclave free trade zone construction and industrial IP cluster investments. This is not only Mongolia's leap-forward strategy but also a global action to practice the "Global Family" concept while protecting the Earth and clean water resources.The series of summit activities will continue to unfold. Subsequent events will formally introduce and advance all the above projects one by one, including details on green fund issuance, enclave free trade zone planning, and global investment mechanisms for the industrial fund.ACFC will continue to rely on U.S. credibility as its foundation, partnering with Mongolian civil forces and the high-end network of the CCC Club, while closely aligning with the MAGA peace agenda to promote a new win-win paradigm—from Asian green transformation to Middle East reconstruction.
