REPUBLICAN PARTY PRESIDENTIAL TASK FORCE
At the request of President Ronald Wilson Reagan, an American flag has been presented to MR. C C CHANG (Zhang Zhengquan) in the Rotunda of the U.S. Capitol, in recognition of his dedication to upholding and strengthening the Republican Party and the Party’s majority status in the U.S. Senate.

In 2001, the 90th Anniversary of the Wuchang Uprising of the 1911 Revolution, the Central People's Government of the People's Republic of China specially invited Zhang Zhengquan (C.C. Chang), a Friend of the Presidents, to lay a special commemorative wreath at the Commemoration and Memorial Service for the 90th Anniversary of the Wuchang Uprising of the 1911 Revolution. He attended the event on behalf of 50 million overseas Chinese (including compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), accompanied by leading comrades including Wang Zhaoguo, then Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, Jiang Zhuping, Secretary of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee, and Zhang Guoguang, Governor of Hubei Province.
