It is a global volunteer alliance formed by World War II heroes, their families, and descendants, dedicated to protecting the Earth's only home, clean water sources, and ensuring the sustainable development and fair distribution of mineral resources, energy, and ecological resources. It was initiated and supported by the American-Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC) and CCC Global Presidential Friends Club.His Excellency Mr. C.C. Chang (Founding President of ACFC) and his third son Francois H. Chang (Senior Inspector of Los Angeles County, California,USA) jointly called for its establishment and serve as co-founders.The organization aims to inherit the transnational friendship spirit of the Chinese and U.S. Flying Tigers (1941–1945), transcending political parties, national boundaries and blood ties, focusing on peace, ecological protection and the well-being of the next generation.
In 2026, the NEW CENTURY AMERICAN FLYING TIGERS launched the ACFC/BBQ New Century Plan (All Children Future Care / Global Children Future Care, integrated with the Big Benefit Quality Global Service Initiative).Adopting a sustainable circular economic model of “Public Welfare Industrialization, Commercial Public Welfare”, it rapidly gathers families and descendants of global anti-fascist Allied heroes, and mobilizes private scientific, financial and industrial resources.
The plan collaborates with the NEW CENTURY AMERICAN FLYING TIGERS in global operations and actively participates in international peace and reconstruction undertakings, including but not limited to:
All the aforementioned global action plans are carried out purely in a civil and non-governmental manner, emphasizing lawful, compliant, transparent, and sustainable operations, and are committed to building a global green home for children "Free From Hunger, Fear, Conflict, and War."
