The organization is an international, non-governmental and non-profit organization composed of families and descendants of global World War II heroes. It was initiated and supported by the American-Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC) and CCC Global Presidential Friends Club.His Excellency Mr. C.C. Chang (Founding President of ACFC) and his third son Francois H. Chang (Senior Inspector of Los Angeles County, USA) jointly called for its establishment and serve as co-founders.The organization aims to inherit the transnational friendship spirit of the Chinese and AMERICAN FLYING TIGERS (1941–1945), transcending political parties, national boundaries and blood ties, focusing on peace, ecological protection and the well-being of the next generation.

Key Achievements: Organized and led two national-level projects: the Data Network Project of the People’s Bank of China and the Publishing and Transmission Project of People’s Daily, laying the foundation for the national financial data transmission, popularization of credit cards and development of electronic newspapers in China.

January 2012: The Jinggangshan Red Army Figures Research Association was established with the approval of the central government; successively served as Executive Vice President and President, and concurrently as Executive Director of the Chinese Society for the Research of CPC Historical Figures
Organized descendants of the Red Army to carry out red lectures in Jinggangshan, promoted the standardization of red education by the “Lecture Group of Red Army Descendants”, and formulated the discipline “Three Do Not Speak, Six Points of Attention”
Deeply participated in academic seminars and commemorative activities on the Jinggangshan Reunion, the establishment of the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base, etc., and promoted the research and inheritance of red culture in Jiangxi;
Xidian University and other institutions inheriting red genes, sorted out historical materials on the development of communication undertakings by revolutionary predecessors, and supported school history research and the continuation of the revolutionary heritage.

Served as Senior Advisor of ACFC/CCC Global Presidential Friends Club, relying on his own red background, cross-border resources and industrial influence to help ACFC promote the building of a global friendship network, Sino-U.S. people-to-people diplomacy and sustainable development cooperation, in line with ACFC’s core philosophy of “Private Friendship Transcends Boundaries and Promotes Shared Prosperity and Security”.
Actively responded to the initiative of FRANCOIS H. CHANG and joined the Senior Advisory Group of the New Century U.S. Flying Tigers (Families and Descendants of WWII Heroes).Taking the Sino-U.S. anti-Japanese war transnational friendship of the Flying Tigers as a link, he helped gather descendants of WWII heroes, original Flying Tigers families and descendants of generals of the Republic of China overseas, promoted the contemporary inheritance of the Flying Tigers spirit and the rescue of historical materials, injected new vitality into Sino-U.S. cultural exchanges and people-to-people friendship, and supported the implementation of the ACFC New Century Plan.
Officially met with His Excellency Mr. C.C. Chang (Founding President of ACFC), and the two sides reached an in-depth cooperation consensus in a private capacity.Relying on the real revolutionary history of their respective families, they jointly carried out special research on CPC and KMT historical figures after the 1911 Revolution, and jointly authored relevant research results to promote the integration and deepening of cross-strait and overseas research on modern CPC historical figures.
Cooperated with descendants of founding fathers and experts on CPC and military history to explore the contemporary value of the Jinggangshan Spirit and continue the red revolutionary bloodline.
Jointly carried out research on CPC and KMT historical figures after the 1911 Revolution with His Excellency Mr. C.C. Chang, filling relevant gaps in cross-party research on modern CPC historical figures and enriching the dimensions of CPC history research.
As a member of the Senior Advisory Group of the New Century U.S. Flying Tigers, he helped gather the strength of anti-Japanese war descendants at home and abroad, participated in the rescue and collation of historical materials of the Flying Tigers, promoted the inheritance and dissemination of the Flying Tigers spirit in the new era, consolidated the historical foundation of friendly cooperation between the Chinese and American peoples, and fulfilled the mission of people-to-people diplomacy in the new era.
Relying on the cooperation consensus with His Excellency Mr. C.C. Chang and taking the family revolutionary history as a link, promote exchanges and cooperation in the research of CPC history at home and abroad, build an important bridge for cross-strait cultural links and Sino-U.S. people-to-people research interactions on CPC history, and promote emotional connections and cultural identity among Chinese at home and abroad.
