Korea ACFC and STX Group Meet Again, Confirming Investment Process Including Construction of CCC Queen Mary "New New Noah's Ark"

Singapore/Seoul, March 4, 2026

— At a critical juncture as the ACFC (American Chinese Friendship Council) and CCC Global Presidential Friends Club accelerate the New Century Plan, Korean ACFC Permanent Representative David Lee held a formal high-level meeting today with the Chairman and senior leadership team of Korea's STX Group. The parties reached significant consensus on strategic cooperative investments in global minerals, energy, and green environmental projects for 2026, and clarified the execution roadmap.A key focus was the new construction project for the CCC Queen Mary (CCC Queen Mary), with STX Group confirming its in-depth participation in building this iconic green AI mega-ship. This collaboration represents a major leap forward for ACFC—from people-to-people diplomacy to tangible green and sustainable projects—further strengthening the implementation foundation of the All Children Future Care global vision.

Project Background: New New Noah's Ark

— CCC Queen Mary Sets Sail Anew

According to the latest announcements on the ACFC official website (released February 28 and March 1, 2026), TOPSUN Group has officially launched the "New New Noah's Ark" plan, commencing the full new construction of the CCC Queen Mary. This vessel is not a restoration or modification of the historic RMS Queen Mary permanently moored in Long Beach, but a from-scratch replica faithfully recreating its classic appearance: approximately 310 meters in length, featuring a three-funnel Art Deco facade, elegant hull lines, and signature deck layout, while fully integrating state-of-the-art green AI technologies. The project's core objectives directly address the global climate crisis, water scarcity, and sustainable human future: the ship will serve as a mobile "green lifeline," equipped with seawater desalination, atmospheric water harvesting, AI-driven smart water circulation systems, zero-emission propulsion technology, and a global sea-land-air-space unmanned monitoring network (drones, unmanned vessels, satellites) for real-time environmental data collection, intelligent disaster prediction, and resource optimization. It will also function as CCC CLUB's maritime royal hotel and global mobile command center, supporting the annual October 24 "Global Family Day" events—including the Global Peace Summit, the "Human Future – Earth and Clean Water" themed IP Queen Global Miss Finals, and collective wedding ceremony. This flagship initiative is deeply embedded in ACFC's New Century Plan, inheriting the WWII Flying Tigers' spirit of "transcending borders and protecting the weak," aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation; SDG 13: Climate Action), and promoting a shift from zero-sum competition to win-win sharing through AI-driven non-zero-sum resource allocation mechanisms, building a sustainable guardianship system for "One Earth."

STX Group's Participation: Top-Tier Shipbuilding Expertise Powers the Green Mega-Ship

As a globally renowned shipbuilding and energy conglomerate (historically ranked among the world's top five shipbuilders), STX Group excels in green vessel design, hydrogen energy integration, marine engineering, and logistics. This partnership deepens the consensus reached during STX's visit to the ACFC Korea representative office in November 2024 on global green mineral energy ecological resources.Today's meeting between David Lee and STX senior executives focused on detailed responsibilities: STX will provide ship design, construction techniques, hydrogen/zero-emission power system integration, green material applications, and adaptation technologies for extreme environments—ensuring the CCC Queen Mary faithfully recreates historical grandeur while achieving zero-carbon navigation and AI intelligent operations. This collaboration not only boosts the project's technical feasibility and global impact but also strengthens China-Korea people-to-people ties, extending to hydrogen power plants, multinational green certification standards, and beyond.

Strategic Significance: Safeguarding the Earth and Future Generations

Francois H. Chang (ACFC Executive Coordinator, Senior Inspector at Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department) stated: “STX's involvement injects powerful industrial strength into the CCC Queen Mary. This 'New New Noah's Ark' is not only a technological marvel but also a vivid embodiment of ACFC's All Children Future Care vision. It will cruise the world, delivering clean water and emergency resources to drought-stricken, disaster-hit, and polluted areas, safeguarding the well-being of women and children, and fostering peaceful dialogue among hero descendants and global families.”The project will invite descendants of global WWII heroes (such as representatives from the Roosevelt, Churchill, Zhukov, de Gaulle, and Chiang Kai-shek families) to participate in launch ceremonies or honorary voyages, continuing the transnational friendship spirit of the Flying Tigers.

Next Steps

Both parties plan to sign a formal cooperation agreement in the near future and initiate the ship's keel-laying ceremony. ACFC welcomes additional environmental technology companies, peace advocates, presidential descendant families, and investment partners to join in forging humanity's green ark for the future.Follow the ACFC official website (acfcgroup.com) and X account @ACFCsingapore for the latest updates, concept renderings, and participation details.ACFC/CCC CLUB will continue to drive global cooperation through civil society efforts, ensuring that the Earth and its clean water resources are preserved forever for all children of the future!
