In Changchun, known as the ecologically livable city of Northeast Asia, the “Humanity's Future – Earth and Clean Water” Industry IP Queen Global Miss Contest • Changchun Division was officially launched on March 5, 2026. Jointly organized by TOPSUN Capital (US Group), Guangxi Golden Star Anise Innovative Investment Co., Ltd., Guangxi Huikuntang Food Production Co., Ltd., Changchun Zhiwei New Energy Co., Ltd., and Xinda Petroleum Group Nong'an Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and jointly authorized by the American Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC) and the CCC Global Presidential Friends Club.
The competition will run throughout the entire 2026 season: spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
This event is convened by His Excellency Mr. C.C. Chang (global presidential friend) and his third son, Senior Inspector François H. Chang of California, USA. It brings together descendants of global WWII hero families, scientists, entrepreneurs, and green industry capital, while introducing cutting-edge international green ecological technologies, finance, and industrial cluster resources. In the AI era, it deeply explores the unique green minerals, energy, water resources, and ecological endowments of the three northeastern provinces and Northeast Asia. Rooted in green circular economy models, it revitalizes the strategic value of the black soil – the backbone of China's War of Resistance – and once again upholds a new Great Wall for the Republic's green ecological economy. Through the competition platform, it promotes the implementation and deepening of the China-Mongolia-Russia Green Economic Belt and the Northeast Asia Peace Economy regional strategic layout.
As a core area for black soil protection, Changchun has black soil accounting for 95.72% (25,977,600 mu) of its total cultivated land, serving as a strategic cornerstone for Northeast China's green development. Hosting the division in Changchun not only infuses the global competition with strong Northeast ecological characteristics and the cultural heritage of the “Black Soil Granary,” but also deeply integrates ACFC's global理念 of “Protecting Earth and Clean Water” with Changchun's abundant water ecological resources, local agriculture, specialty foods, and water resource protection industries. It injects strong vitality into Northeast Asia's green development and allows the beautiful vision of “One Global Family” to take root, blossom, and bear fruit on the black soil.
At the launch site, representatives from organizing units and the ACFC International Youth Alliance Changchun representatives jointly activated the Changchun version of the “One Table Daily • One Global Family” warm-up operation mode. Through a government-enterprise-society collaborative mechanism, a three-dimensional platform for ecological protection, industrial integration, and international exchange was established. In the form of round-table discussions and warm co-creation, the prelude to the full-year events of the Changchun Division was officially opened.

The event successfully completed the first batch of Changchun green specialty sample warehousing and pre-issuance of BBQ-Q8 Kindness Certification, laying a solid industrial and event foundation for the Changchun preliminary competition starting in March 2026.
The Changchun Division follows global unified competition standards while deeply showcasing local ecological characteristics, building a complete system of “daily warm-up – regional preliminaries – international advancement.”
In the daily warm-up phase, starting from launch day, “3 families + 2 enterprises + 1 institution” daily table activities will be held, with full expenses borne by quasi-member enterprises such as Guangxi Golden Star Anise Innovative Investment and Guangxi Huikuntang. This will continuously evaluate queen candidates, accumulate black soil green samples (seasonings, baking fillings, deer products, etc.), and spread black soil protection and water guardianship concepts into thousands of households while building non-blood-based extended families.
Advancing contestants will proceed to Northeast regional semi-finals, national finals, and then the Bangkok semi-finals (held every 30 days starting May 2026), bringing Changchun black soil green products and water protection stories to the international stage.
Winners of Bangkok semi-finals advance directly to the US finals, held quarterly on the Queen Mary in Long Beach – the designated venue of the Global Presidential Friends Club and key carrier of ACFC's Queen Mary Green AI Project.
