As initiated by the founder of our organization, the globally renowned "Friend of Presidents" His Excellency C.C. Chang, who established a 65-year tradition of unofficial people-to-people diplomacy, we firmly believe: Private friendships and people-to-people diplomacy are the warmest forces for connecting nations, resolving differences, and promoting sustainable development.On this special New Year moment, we also share a deeply touching story of family legacy and inheritance:

fondly recalls the nurturing grace and upbringing from his biological father, Mr. Lin YouYou (1926—1993), as well as how His Excellency Zhang Zhengquan, arranged through God's beautiful providence, became his father and guide in the second half of his life.
