Project Name
Global WWII Hero Families and Descendants Jointly Form the "New Century American Flying Tigers" — Safeguarding the Earth and Next-Generation Peace Inheritance Program
Project Initiating Organization
American Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC) / CCC Global Presidents' Friends Club
Project Background and Significance
Inherit the glorious history of the 1941–1945 Sino-American Flying Tigers transnational cooperation in the air forces. Pay tribute to His Excellency C.C. Chang, the 98-year-old Founding President of ACFC, and respond to the call of his third son, Francois Chang. Gather families and descendants of global WWII heroes to jointly form the "New Century American Flying Tigers."
This project closely aligns with President Trump's "Board of Peace" process and United Nations Security Council Resolution 2803, supporting ceasefire, reconstruction, and lasting peace in Gaza, while extending official multilateral mechanisms to global civil society actions. Carrying the Flying Tigers spirit of "Glory, Peace, Warmth, and Safety" as its banner, it transcends partisan and national boundaries to safeguard Earth's only home—protecting clean water sources, mineral energy, and the sustainable development and fair allocation of ecological resources—while building a global peaceful family for AI-era youth with "no hunger, no fear, no conflict, no war."
Core Objectives
• Inherit the spirit of WWII heroes, unite the strength of global WWII hero descendants, and contribute to the global peace agenda under the MAGA spirit.
• Participate in ACFC's New Century Plan (All Children Future Care — global care for children's future), engaging in green ecology, youth education, and mental well-being projects within Gaza reconstruction efforts.
• Deepen the "BBQ Global Service Initiative" (Big Benefit Quality) and the "5H Initiative" (Health, Home, Hygiene, Human Values, Harmony), promoting partnerships with organizations such as the Art of Living Foundation.
• Co-build AI-enabled green free trade zones and ecological resource sharing mechanisms, transitioning from historical glory to future peace.
Target Participant Groups
• Direct and collateral descendants and relatives of global WWII hero families
• Representatives from governments, international organizations, enterprises, and charitable foundations worldwide
• Youth leaders, peace advocates, and members of ACFC / CCC Global Presidents' Friends Club
Project Highlights
• Use the Queen Mary—symbolizing WWII's "glory, peace, warmth, and safety"—as the venue for the launch ceremony, hosting a closed-door peace prayer meeting and oath-taking ceremony.
• Serve as a bridge connecting official summits in Washington D.C. and Davos to global civil society family actions.
• Continuous leadership by the 98-year-old His Excellency C.C. Chang, demonstrating enduring mission commitment and cross-generational inheritance power.
Implementation Steps
1. Project Promotion and Global Call (Ongoing from February 2026):
Release the initiative via the ACFC official website,
@ACFCsingapore
on X, and CCC Global Presidents' Friends Club channels. Invite global WWII hero family descendants and supporting institutions to respond and register interest.
2. Participant Recruitment and Initial Contact (Q1–Q2 2026):
Build a database of intending members for the "New Century American Flying Tigers." Verify WWII hero family backgrounds. Establish initial connections with governments, enterprises, and charitable institutions worldwide to confirm participation in sub-projects (e.g., Gaza reconstruction, youth education, ecological protection).
3. Launch Ceremony Preparation and Execution (Planned on the Queen Mary; exact timing to be coordinated):
Select the Queen Mary as the symbolic venue. Organize a closed-door peace prayer meeting. WWII hero descendants' representatives collectively take an oath to officially announce the formation of the "New Century American Flying Tigers." Simultaneously release the launch declaration and initial member list.
4. Project Implementation and Advancement in Sub-Areas (6–24 months post-launch):
• Gaza reconstruction: Align with the "Board of Peace" framework; participate in green ecological restoration, youth football education, and mental well-being projects (in cooperation with FIFA, Art of Living Foundation, etc.).
• Global ecology and resources: Promote construction of AI green free trade zones, clean water initiatives, and fair sharing of mineral energy.
• Civil inheritance: Organize transnational descendant networking, historical education lectures, and peace cultural exchanges.
5. Mid-Term Evaluation and Optimization (Annually):
Hold annual closed-door meetings or online summits to assess progress, fund usage, participation scale, and social impact. Adjust priorities and incorporate new members/partners.
6. Long-Term Mechanism Building and Continuous Inheritance (Ongoing):
Establish a permanent coordination body for the "New Century American Flying Tigers." Integrate into ACFC's broader New Century Plan framework. Continuously engage new-generation youth leaders. Regularly hold commemorative events and peace initiative releases to ensure the Flying Tigers spirit is passed down through generations.
