Core Mission 

Authorize the selected IP Queens to be the spokespersons for the **Billion Fund for the Green Reconstruction of Gaza**. 

On behalf of the contest, IP Queens will recommend high-quality green enterprises to the targeted procurement white list of the Billion Fund 

for the Green Reconstruction of Gaza in their familiar IP fields worldwide, provide urgently needed materials such as relief supplies, food, medicines and drinking water for Gaza's reconstruction, and jointly support the peace agenda of Gaza's green reconstruction. 

Key Recruitment for Changchun Division 

We sincerely invite outstanding female live streamers with both live streaming capabilities and a deep understanding of local industries to sign up as the IP Queen of Changchun City Industry. 

The winning IP Queen will be officially authorized by ACFC • CCC • Global Presidents Friends Club and the Billion Fund for the Green Reconstruction of Gaza, 

and hold the honorary title of  “BBQ One World • Common Prosperity • IP Queen of Changchun Green Industry”. 

Main Rights and Responsibilities 

1. Have the qualification to represent Changchun City Industry IP and participate in the national semi-finals and global finals of the US Global National IP Queen Contest; 

2. Secure a prominent seat to attend the **10th Anniversary Celebration of China-US Science Banquet & Memorial Ceremony for the World-renowned Scientist Professor Fang Danqun**, held on the CCC Queen Mary in Long Beach, USA and the Minghua Ship at Sea World in Shekou, Shenzhen, China; 

3. Participate in the centennial group wedding with 1,000 Tech Princes and 1,000 IP Queens worldwide, and enjoy the supreme glory as a member of the "One World" family; 

4. Serve as the IP image ambassador of the Gaza Green Reconstruction Fund under TOPSUN Capital Group and the scientific and financial industrialization of Changchun City; 

5. Be stationed in Changchun to evaluate local green enterprises in the targeted supply chain, accurately recommend relief supplies, food, medicines, drinking water and other materials urgently needed for humanitarian causes and Gaza's reconstruction; 

6. Connect and visit local institutions, governments, enterprises, families and individuals, and build an effective bridge between Changchun and the green reconstruction of Gaza. 

Your live streaming room and IP image will be directly connected to the designated communication channel of the global action of the Gaza Reconstruction Green Fund, helping Changchun's black soil green industries (agricultural products, new energy, cultural tourism, etc.) link up with Gaza's reconstruction projects, and gain global exposure, resource support and business order opportunities. 

AI Talent Scout Instructions 

The organizing committee has launched an AI artificial intelligence talent scout system, which conducts 24/7 uninterrupted audition analysis, and carries out intelligent screening, data modeling and potential evaluation on the accounts and content of female live streamers on Douyin that match the communication characteristics of Changchun's local industry IP. 

The system will automatically select high-quality candidates and recommend them to the jury of the organizing committee. All candidate lists recommended by the AI talent scout will be published in the talent scout action recommendation column on the official platform at the first time to accept supervision from the whole network. After being published without objection, the candidates will be included in the preliminary audition list and participate in the selection together with the self-registered contestants.
