On March 13, 2024, the UN TOWER Building in Mongolia signed a strategic investment cooperation agreement with ACFC to jointly establish the ACFC Mongolia Headquarters and launch the All Children Future Care (ACFC) New Century Plan.

Since 2023, the treated water from Japan's Fukushima nuclear power plant (containing radionuclides such as tritium) has been gradually discharged into the ocean following assessments by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) confirming compliance with international safety standards. Although IAEA reports indicate that the radiological impact on humans and the environment is negligible, certain experts, human rights organizations, and neighboring countries in the international community continue to express concerns, believing that long-term discharges may pose potential risks to global marine ecosystems, food chains, and public health. UN human rights experts have expressed regret over the decision, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive assessment of transboundary impacts.At the same time, global environmental issues are becoming increasingly severe: marine pollution, environmental hormone disruption, and ecological degradation are threatening the health and living space of future generations. In the face of these challenges, the American Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC) leverages its extensive network of friendly relations with political leaders worldwide and solemnly calls on the international community to join hands in protecting the Earth and clean water resources, with priority given to safeguarding global youth and children from environmental risks.
ACFC Collaborates with the Mongolian Government to Advance Green Emergency Support Actions
ACFC, in collaboration with the Mongolian government and relevant institutions, is accelerating the development of Mongolia's Free Economic Trade Zone and Land Port. Through this strategic platform, assurance-based emergency distribution services will be provided to global youth and children, with a focus on supplying green, pollution-free food, pharmaceuticals, and drinking clean water resources from the Lake Baikal region. As the world's largest and purest freshwater lake, Lake Baikal and its surrounding ecological products hold significant green value and can serve as an important supplementary source in response to global environmental pressures.This initiative is embedded within the framework of ACFC's “All Children Future Care (儿童未来全球关怀)”, aiming to build a sustainable green supply chain through international cooperation, supporting the healthy growth of youth and ecological protection.
TOPSUN Capital (Group) as the Core Strategic Vehicle in Mongolia
TOPSUN Capital (Group) serves as the core strategic vehicle for ACFC/BBQ's global layout in Mongolia and has planned the establishment of TOPSUN Capital (Mongolia Group). Leveraging the superior location of the UN TOWER project—in the heart of Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia, adjacent to the State Palace (Presidential Palace)—along with its deep local resources, this project will become a key hub:
—— Supporting the “International Alliance of Teenage Leaders” within ACFC's global “All Children Future Care” layout;

Resource Assurance and Green Corridor Development for the Chinese Market
In response to China's ongoing rigid demand for minerals, energy, and ecological resources, TOPSUN Capital (Mongolia Group), in partnership with the Mongolian government, the Free Trade Zone, and the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is jointly planning and establishing the “Mongolia Free Economic Trade Zone and Land Port China Bidding Center.” This initiative aims to:
