Global WWII Heroes' Families and Descendants Unite to Form the AFT.

S L Date: 2026-02-23 16:10:49

Historic progress is emerging from Washington, D.C., and Davos: U.S. President Donald Trump has officially launched and presided over the inaugural meeting and charter signing ceremony of the "Board of Peace." The summit brought together representatives from dozens of countries (including leaders from the Middle East, Gulf states, and Central Asia). The United States pledged $10 billion, while multiple nations have made initial commitments totaling $70 billion for Gaza reconstruction (including Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, the UAE, Morocco, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Kuwait, and others). President Trump announced the formation of the International Stabilization Force, with Indonesia, Morocco, Albania, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, and other countries committing troops and police personnel; Egypt and Jordan will assist in training Palestinian police forces. This multilateral mechanism originates from Trump's "20-Point Comprehensive Plan to End the Gaza Conflict," which has been endorsed by UN Security Council Resolution 2803. Since the ceasefire took effect in October 2025, it has advanced Hamas disarmament, Israeli troop withdrawal, and the path toward lasting peace, modern reconstruction, and prosperity in Gaza.At the Davos signing ceremony, Trump held up the charter document and displayed it high, surrounded by world leaders applauding. He stated: "Once this committee is fully formed, we can do whatever we want" – a bold declaration that, while drawing media mockery (as reported by Al-Monitor), underscores his strong leadership style and ambition for global conflict mediation. Although some mainstream media have questioned its inclusivity (due to the absence of certain major powers and Palestinian representatives), sustainability, and underlying motives, the influx of funding, deployment of troops, and partnerships with organizations such as FIFA (e.g., soccer projects to aid Gaza) clearly mark a substantial transition from ceasefire to reconstruction.

This official process perfectly aligns with and complements the grassroots efforts of the American Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC) and its CCC Global Presidential Friends Club! ACFC Founding President, His Excellency C.C. Chang, now 98 years old, continues – with a lifetime dedicated to fostering private friendships and people-to-people diplomacy – to support his third son Francois H. Chang (Senior Inspector, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department) in calling upon global WWII hero families and descendants to form the "New Century American Flying Tigers." This symbolic revival carries forward the cross-border cooperation and glory of the 1941–1945 Sino-American Flying Tigers: transcending political parties and national boundaries, protecting the vulnerable, and promoting peace building.

The "New Century American Flying Tigers" will center on descendants of WWII heroes and devote themselves to the ACFC Centennial Plan – All Children Future Care (Global Care for Children's Future):

Protect the Earth's sole home, clean water sources, mineral energy, and ecological resources through sustainable development and equitable allocation;
Build a global peaceful family for youth in the AI era, free from "hunger, fear, conflict, and war";
Support the "BBQ Global Service Initiative" (Big Benefit Quality), the "5H Initiative" (Health, Home, Hygiene, Human Values, Harmony), and deepen cooperation with the Art of Living Foundation.

The Gaza ceasefire and the concrete actions of the "Board of Peace" serve as a vital bridge for this vision: connecting official summits in Washington and Davos with grassroots inheritance, jointly safeguarding the future of children. Choosing the Queen Mary – a symbol of WWII "glory, peace, warmth, and security" – to host the closed-door prayer-for-peace meeting will serve as the official launch ceremony for the "New Century American Flying Tigers." Here, WWII descendants will take an oath to inherit their forebears' sacrifices, support the global peace agenda inspired by MAGA principles, while integrating ACFC's cross-cultural perspective.

On behalf of ACFC, I solemnly call upon:

Global WWII hero families and descendants to actively respond to the call of His Excellency C.C. Chang and Francois Chang and join the "New Century American Flying Tigers";
Governments, enterprises, charitable organizations, and youth leaders worldwide to support the ACFC Centennial Plan and participate in Gaza reconstruction-related green ecology, youth education, and spiritual well-being projects;

More forces to invest in the construction of AI-driven green free trade zones and the sharing of ecological resources, allowing peace to progress from history into the future – extending from official summits to the global family of ordinary people.

At the age of 98, His Excellency C.C. Chang remains actively engaged – how can we stand by idly? Let us raise the Flying Tigers spirit as our banner and the future of children as our mission, joining hands to build a world without war!

Take Action! Follow @ACFCsingapore, join the CCC Global Presidential Friends Club, and together safeguard the Earth and the next generation.
Peace begins with every act of inheritance; the future begins with every hero descendant and peace supporter!
