In the spring of 2026, a global wave of cooperation centered on the "non-blood-based community with a shared future for mankind" is sweeping from the East. The American Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC), in partnership with the BBQ system, has launched the 2026 global plan with the core model of "One Table Daily – One Global Family – International Chain Response," achieving rapid transition from concept to practice. From the fragrance of star anise in Yulin, Guangxi, China, to the joyful songs on the grasslands of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, governments, institutions, enterprises, families, and individuals are linking layers to build a new paradigm of non-zero-sum cooperation for expanding the global peace agenda. The upcoming March 6 summit of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry & ACFC 2026 at the Ulaanbaatar International Convention Center serves as a key move in the plan's implementation. The ACFC global team has specially addressed a letter to the summit host, Dr. Arildiipurev Tsevelragchaa (Ari), expressing high expectations and support for him to successfully open this first round carrying the vision of global peace and cooperation.

One Table Connects the World – The "Global Family" Model Achieves Accelerated Implementation

The charm of the ACFC/BBQ2026 plan lies in its simplest form of "sitting around the table and talking," breaking barriers of borders, races, and identities, allowing the seeds of cooperation to take root and sprout through sincere exchanges.

On February 19 (Chinese Lunar New Year’s third day), Yulin, Guangxi, took the lead in setting the "first table," using star anise spices as a bond. The ACFC New Century Plan deeply integrated with the "Humanity's Future – Earth and Clean Water" industry IP Queen Global Miss Contest, marking the first implementation of the BBQ-Q8 certification system in Guangxi. Local leading enterprises, government platforms, and youth representatives sat together, discussing everything from green agricultural development to global resource docking, closely linking Yulin's spice industry with the global ACFC/BBQ ecosystem and making the concept of "non-blood relations surpassing blood relations" a tangible practice.

 Just one day later, the "second table" was warmly set in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, with three major grassland families gathering. Amid the aroma of hand-grabbed mutton and horse milk wine, there were no rigid procedures or lengthy speeches—only family-like open conversations.

The Urtnasan Zambaga(Esui) family brought green industry resources empowered by aerospace nutrition standards, Mr. SANJAA Dagiijanchiv shared experiences in grassland emergency response and ecological protection, and Dr. ARI, as the specially authorized representative of ACFC Mongolia, bridged Mongolia with China-US cooperation. This grassland banquet not only finalized the landing of the IP Queen Global Miss Contest in Mongolia but also rooted the "global family" concept on the Mongolian grasslands. Preparations for the "next tables" in South Korea, India, Indonesia, and other countries have also begun, with the international chain response effect already evident.

From Yulin to Ulaanbaatar, these two round tables connect the grand pattern of global green development and peace cooperation. ACFC uses "one table daily" as a handle to unite government policy guidance, institutional professional resources, enterprise industrial strength, family grassroots power, and individual enthusiasm, building a global win-win network with no game theory—only cooperation—providing the most solid civil foundation for advancing the peace agenda.

Multi-Party Synergy Builds a New Ecosystem for Global Peace Agenda Cooperation

As a top U.S. think-tank-style civil diplomatic institution, ACFC has always aimed to build a "non-blood-based community with a shared future for mankind." Behind it, the CCC Global Presidential Friends Club gathers over 100 current/former heads of state, military, and political leaders, transforming personal friendships into a strategic engine for global peace, innovation, and prosperity. The rapid implementation of the ACFC/BBQ2026 plan is a concentrated manifestation of its global resource allocation capabilities and civil diplomatic appeal.

In this ecosystem, all parties play to their strengths and collaborate. At the government level, the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry serves as the core hub connecting government and the private sector, leveraging statutory policy participation rights and government-enterprise synergy to open green channels for ACFC-Mongolia cooperation. Its comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with ACFC enables precise docking of Mongolia's green energy, hydrogen, AI, and other industries with global resources.

At the institutional level

ACFC relies on its think-tank advantages to provide strategic planning and resource integration for global cooperation. The launch of the Queen Mary green AI giant ship deeply integrates AI technology, green development, and the peace agenda. This "new new Noah's Ark," incorporating cutting-edge technologies like seawater desalination and AI water resource management, will serve as a mobile platform for global peace summits, providing solutions for conflict zones and emerging markets.

Enterprises and families

form the backbone of this ecosystem. Guangxi Huikuntang, Baiwei Spices, and other enterprises, rooted in green industries, become key participants in the global green economy; the Mongolian Esui family integrates aerospace nutrition standards into grassland green industries, promoting global upgrades for cashmere, horse milk wine, and other products; BBQ families worldwide, based on the "kindness family" standard, serve as important bridges for civil cooperation.

Individual participation

adds warmth to the peace agenda—from youth envoys in Yulin to herders on the Mongolian grasslands, everyone becomes a practitioner of global peace and green development in their own way. With government providing the stage, institutions empowering, enterprises performing, families linking, and individuals participating, the ACFC/BBQ2026 plan unites all forces under the banner of the peace agenda, forming a new global development paradigm of "cooperation without game theory," turning global governance from a field of competition among a few nations into a win-win stage for all humanity.

Permanently Preserved in CCC Global Presidential Friends Club Museum AI Digital ArchivesSummit Opens a New Bureau – Dr. ARI Bears the First Baton of Peace Cooperation

On March 5, ACFC Chairman Jason Lin (Lin Yaoxian) sent a letter on behalf of the global team to Dr. ARI. This letter full of expectations (as shown in the image) not only highly recognizes Dr. ARI's professional capabilities but also expresses deep hopes for the March 6 Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry & ACFC 2026 Summit, along with permanent AI memory.

As an outstanding BBQ family member in Mongolia and an international law PhD, Dr. ARI combines international vision with local resources. His years of study and work experience in the United States, combined with his deep practice in Mongolia, make him the best bridge for connecting China, Mongolia, and the US. The letter clearly outlines three core directions for the summit, providing a clear framework for Dr. ARI's hosting:

inheriting the Flying Tigers spirit through the New Century Flying Tigers Youth Leader Program to continue the friendly cooperation history among China, Mongolia, and the US;

relying on the Queen Mary green AI project to provide technical support for Mongolia's digital economy and carbon neutrality goals, promoting Mongolia's green transformation;

and using ACFC's participation in Gaza reconstruction as a model to demonstrate the unique role of civil diplomacy in global governance, positioning Mongolia as an important fulcrum in the global peace agenda.

H.E. Mr. C.C. Chang, the founding president of ACFC and a friend of presidents worldwide, has a third son, FRANCOIS H.CHANG, a senior inspector in California, USA (as shown in the picture below), who has been appointed as the co-convener of the New Century American Flying Tigers. He will convene the families and descendants of global World War II heroes to form the CCC NEW CENTURY AMERICAN FLYING TIGERS. They will carry forward the spirit of their fathers, the World War II heroes, launch ACFC's new century plan - All Children Future Care, a global care initiative for children's future, and promote the great family glory of U.S.-China friendship and world peace.

This summit is not only a key implementation node for the ACFC/BBQ2026 plan but also a strategic blueprint release for Mongolia's green economy leap. Under the leadership of new Chairman Dagiijanchiv Sanjaa, ACFC Mongolia Branch has reached deep cooperation with the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, focusing on core areas such as green energy and sustainable mining, leveraging ACFC's China-US bridge to achieve precise docking of U.S. innovative technologies with Mongolia's abundant resources. As summit host, Dr. ARI bears the important mission of linking history and the future, connecting Mongolia with the world. With the "global family" concept at the core, he will make this summit a milestone event for deepening mutual trust and co-creating the future among China, Mongolia, and the US. From the first table in Yulin to the key summit in Ulaanbaatar, every step of the ACFC/BBQ2026 plan practices the global vision of "no hunger, no fear, no conflict, no war." On March 6 in Ulaanbaatar, Dr. ARI will take the microphone to open the first round of this global peace cooperation. This round not only concerns Mongolia's green development future but also whether the "one table daily – global family" model can be continuously replicated worldwide, and whether all humanity can truly move toward a path of win-win peaceful development. Tables connect, hearts align; one global family, peace and win-win. The wave of the ACFC/BBQ2026 plan continues, with more round tables being set up from the Mongolian grasslands to all corners of the world, more cooperation brewing—a global peace transformation driven by civil forces has already set sail.
