TOPSUN History

Foundation and Establishment (1993-1997)

In 1993, the Cairo Representative Office of Guangxi Company of China National Machinery & Equipment Import & Export Corporation (GuangXi CMEC) was under preparation, with Lin Yaoxian as the chief representative. In the same year, the representative office was officially approved for establishment, implementing independent accounting and contracted operation. In 1994, China National Machinery & Equipment Import & Export Corporation selected branch companies nationwide to form a delegation to participate in the "1994 Cairo World Exposition" on behalf of the Chinese government. At that time, Wu Yi, Minister of China's Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, visited Egypt and met with President Mubarak. Lin Yaoxian, representative of the exhibition delegation, was cordially received and took a group photo. From 1994 to 1997, the Cairo Representative Office operated steadily, continuously participated in the bidding for Egyptian military and civilian engineering projects and won bids many times, personally witnessing and participating in the historical process of China-Egypt economic and trade cooperation promoted by Minister Wu Yi.

Brand Establishment and Development (1998-2002)

In 1998, the Cairo Representative Office of Guangxi CMEC was upgraded to TMEC (TOPSUN MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL CO., LTD., referred to as TOPSUN CO., LTD.). In 1999, the Sino-US joint venture TOPSUN Zhuhai Industrial Park and TOPSUN Building broke ground. In the same year, TOPSUN (Zhuhai) was approved as one of China's first private enterprises to obtain the "Import and Export Operation License". In 2002, the TOPSUN Industrial Park and Building were completed and put into operation. TOPSUN Pipeline quickly developed into a reliable supplier of pipeline networks spanning the two major markets of the United States and the Middle East, and the TOPSUN trademark became a well-known international brand.

Growing Pains of Transformation and Strategic Rejuvenation (2003-2007)

Starting from 2003, due to the changes of the times and adjustments in national strategies, TOPSUN Group underwent the most severe three-year "life-or-death" test (2003-2006) since its establishment.
In 2003, TOPSUN Group successfully won the bid for the national military-civilian gas infrastructure supporting project of the Syrian General Corporation for Defense Industries.
In 2004, the company was passively involved in a protracted lawsuit over a quality accident involving gas valves in the defense industry.
In 2006, affected by the Chinese government's policy of canceling export tax rebates (adjusted from 13% to 0) for the high-energy-consuming, high-polluting, and low-value-added cast steel and cast iron industries, a large number of ductile iron pipe (DIP) products exported by TOPSUN Group to Iraq, Syria, Jordan and other countries faced severe unsalable situations. The reserved export shipping contracts were unilaterally increased in price by shipping companies, and even the loaded goods were brutally unloaded back to the port, leading to a crisis of life and death for a series of projects.

May 2007

In Huangshi, Wuhan, Hubei, Huangshi XX Ductile Iron Casting Factory, a supplier of TOPSUN Group, was officially renamed "Today's Huangshi TOPSUN Pipeline", marking the continuation and trust of TOPSUN's pipeline business segment.
In the same month, TOPSUN Group resolutely adjusted its positioning and established the "Angel Investor" strategy, completely stopping the original KPI assessment and ISO9001 production quality management system of TOPSUN Group, and instead establishing a new KPI indicator system adapted to long-term investments of more than ten years.
The company officially embarked on a new global journey: guided by "BBQ Philosophy and Practice", it invested in the large model of green circular new economy for the sustainable development of the future earth and clean water for mankind.

Pioneer in Technological Transformation and 3D Virtual Reality (2007-2011)

On May 20, 2007, TOPSUN Group wholly-owned Guilin Guan Tianxia Software Technology Co., Ltd. in the beautiful environment of Guilin with clear mountains and rivers. Ahead of projects such as Oracle, Microsoft, Second Life, the 3D virtual version of the Shanghai World Expo, and Alibaba's 3D Taobao, it launched Fairtheworld BBQ (3D-Fair N Fair V1.0). This platform took a leading position in real-time interaction between virtual and reality, commercial experience, etc., and was hailed as one of the world's earliest investment experimental research platforms for 3D large models and mirrored real worlds. Lin Yaoxian, the founder of the group, personally served as the chief planner and led the first batch of development teams hired by Guilin University of Electronic Technology with high salaries to create professional-level online autonomous 3D modeling and real-time exhibition interaction immersive scenes, successfully establishing a 3D virtual and reality AI large model laboratory.

Thus, TOPSUN Group has achieved a magnificent transformation: 

from a traditional mining industry chain (ductile iron industry) with high carbon emissions and high energy consumption, it has transformed into a leading enterprise that invests in cutting-edge basic sciences and green industry finance with traditional physical capital. It has built a green circular economy chain for earth resources (RWA) with an extremely high input-output ratio and formed the original new economic wealth redistribution model in the monograph *BBQ Philosophy and Practice*.

2008　Fairtheworld BBQ V1.0 beta version released

2009　V2.0 public beta version released

2010　V2.0 officially served global traditional expositions, launched the world's virtual exhibition platform, and successfully provided 3D interactive self-exhibition services for events such as the "Shenzhen Banking Financial Expo", "Guangzhou Luxury Expo", and "World Yacht Expo". It was tracked by the Technology Monitoring Center of the French Central Bank and listed in the first echelon of global 3D Internet commercial system platforms.

2011　V3.0 interactive virtual and real-time interactive mobile version released and continuously optimized.

Big Data and the Construction of a Global Network Ecosystem (2012 - Present)

In 2012, building on the success of Fairtheworld BBQ V3.0, TOPSUN Group launched a real-world data collection platform — "BBQ Great Public Welfare Cafe".

By providing a free social platform to help governments, enterprises, families, and individuals host salons, meetings, and summits, the system collects basic data from global network databases and project databases, forming high-value portrait training samples.

In the spring of 2013, the Nanning International Trade Center store of "BBQ Great Public Welfare Cafe · Global Network Power Circle" opened, and then quickly expanded to cities such as Shenzhen, Qinzhou, Guangzhou, and Foshan.

From 2014 to 2024

"BBQ Philosophy and Practice" was continuously implemented. BBQ Global Network Power Circles were successively established in many countries around the world, including Laos, Malaysia, the United States, Germany, Dubai, the United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Thailand, South Korea, India, Russia, and Mongolia, forming data collection on trust, trust, and belief in the non-blood-related global family of the BBQ Global Network Power Circle.

2025 Strategic Upgrade and Future Layout

In 2025, TOPSUN Group returned to Nanning and Guiyang, China, successfully completing the final phase of the "Human Wealth Redistribution: Portrait of Human Nature Truth" project,
and officially launched the scientific finance industrialization project — the construction of the global ROC TOWN Manor.

On December 31, 2025

TOPSUN Group independently mastered 100% of all core achievements of the FAIRTHEWORLD 3D Virtual and Real Big Data AI Laboratory, including:
Global Human Network AI (Portrait) Database
Global Project AI (Portrait) Database
These databases fully cover key areas such as global minerals, energy, ecology, and environment, providing a solid, authentic, and verifiable data foundation for the future green circular economy.
On this basis, TOPSUN Group successfully realized the empowerment of the AI large model system, and through the BBQ-Q8 rating certification system, standardized the rating and digital mapping of real-world assets (RWA) on Earth.
Relying on the built-in blockchain technology of a completely private club, it constructs a mechanism for wealth circulation, allocation, and inheritance among global club members.
The wealth distribution and inheritance system pioneered by Fairtheworld BBQ V3.0 is expected to break the historical bottleneck of "wealth not lasting three generations" for humanity, achieving intergenerational and sustainable long-term wealth for families and enterprises.
