Mongolia's Second Table: Grassroots Family Unity, a Warm and Lively Feast!

On February 20, 2026, following the inaugural "First Table" of star anise in Yulin, Guangxi, China, the "Second Table" in Ulaanbaatar for the Mongolia Division has already been lively and welcoming!

Today, three prominent families from the Mongolian grasslands gathered in Ulaanbaatar, sitting around a long table to enjoy hand-grabbed mutton, airag (fermented mare's milk), wild berries, and honey desserts. There were no rigid procedures or lengthy speeches—only lively conversation, laughter, and an atmosphere as comfortable and warm as a family holiday.

Esui (Ultranasan Zambaaga) and her family lead the ACFC/BBQ Mongolia team, coordinating with the mineral and energy sectors as well as government resources. Her father was a pioneering scientist at Roscosmos (Russian Federal Space Agency), where he developed nutritional standards for astronaut space food. Many of the nutritional concepts behind the grassland specialties on today's table—high protein, low burden, and long shelf life—are rooted in his aerospace-grade expertise. Esui's family has brought this experience to Mongolia's green industries, closely collaborating on IP Queen initiatives such as cashmere, airag, camel milk, and honey to drive sustainable animal husbandry and product upgrading.

Dr. Arildiipurev Tsevelragchaa, an expert in international law who holds dual master's degrees in private international law and cross-cultural human rights, as well as a doctorate in educational leadership and management from St. Thomas University in Florida, USA, and has studied and worked in the United States for many years, smiled and said: "I love the feeling of a family gathering around a table like this. Today, we are one family, talking about the future, clean water, and how to make our planet better." He currently serves as the ACFC Special Representative for Mongolia, responsible for driving the launch of the Mongolia Division, integrating resources, and coordinating Sino-US-Mongolia cooperation.

Mr. SANJAA Dagiijanchiv, a national-level emergency response expert, shared stories of grassland rescue and emergency management while serving food to everyone. Normally responsible for national-level emergency responses, today he was like a friendly neighbor, discussing how to make families and communities safer and more united in daily life. His work protecting herder children and grassland ecological resources captivated the audience, inspiring young ambassadors to raise awareness about protecting the Earth and its water sources. The three families each brought unique strengths, and there was a strong shared vision to expand this circle to form a tighter family chain: Arildiipurev provides international vision and legal support, Esui's family offers aerospace nutrition and industrial resources, and SANJAA contributes reliable emergency expertise.

Grandparents sat at the center, young people gathered around, and children ran freely. Traditional Mongolian deel robes mixed with modern clothing, and the morin khuur (horsehead fiddle) played occasionally. As the conversation flowed, topics shifted from the starry skies of the grasslands to global clean water initiatives, and from the Mongolia Division to the final grand gala on the RMS Queen Mary in Long Beach, USA. There were no signing ceremonies or rigid rituals—only sincere toasts and shared commitments to the future. "One Global Family" felt natural and genuine. Ms. ESUI informed everyone that preparations were already underway for the next table in Korea, with families from India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, the United States, and more waiting to join.

No matter where you are, if you have a kind heart, love peace, and care for the Earth and its water, you can join the One Global Family, forming an international family bond that transcends blood ties.

The journey begins on the grasslands—on to the next table!
