During a national defense and civilian gas project, a major quality failure occurred in subcontracted copper angle gas valves — leakage risks caused by subcontractor quality issues — shocking senior Syrian state leaders, the Ministry of Defense, and the Chinese Embassy in Syria.TOPSUN Group took full responsibility regardless of commercial costs, immediately launching an emergency remedy system: urgently arranging full replacement shipments from the most reliable tier‑one enterprise in China — Shanghai Gas Valve Factory — strictly in accordance with the bidding technical manual and drawings, ensuring zero delay and zero risk for the project.This move won high praise from the highest Syrian authorities, further consolidating TOPSUN’s strategic position in the Middle East’s military-industrial sector.
