The World Common Prosperity Foundation (WCPF) hereby solemnly reports to the global community the latest strategic progress of the “Gaza Green Reconstruction Fund”.The Fund is jointly initiated by the American Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC), CCC • Global Presidential Friends Club, BBQ Global One Family, TOPSUN Capital Group, and METHEUS AMC (Korea, https://www.metheus.co.kr). It aims to respond to the global peace agenda, support Gaza green reconstruction commencing in 2026, safeguard the planet and clean water resources, advance ACFC Global Care for Children’s Future, establish the BBQ New Economic Model, and realize common prosperity and one global family.

Key Progress Highlights (as of March 15, 2026):

The Fund framework has been formally finalized and entered the execution phase.
The total target size is USD 10 billion, adopting a dual GP joint management structure.

The initial guiding capital of USD 200 million and the matching leverage mechanism have been clearly locked in.

The governance system (Investment Committee, Board of Directors, Honorary Advisors) is fully in place, with decision-making principles of “Cooperation Without Game Theory, One Global Family, Common Prosperity”.

Core Partners and LP Negotiations Advancing Steadily

The first Limited Partner has formally committed funds.Leading enterprises in global water utilities, ports, energy, pipelines, and manufacturing sectors have been included in the priority strategic cooperation list and are entering in-depth docking and follow-up stages.As a joint initiator, METHEUS AMC (Korea) is currently completing internal approval and formal signing procedures, marking further consolidation of execution strength in Asia.

Project Execution and Sustainable Blood-Making Mechanism Mature Leveraging 30 years of engineering accumulation in the Middle East, TOPSUN Capital Group is now positioned to prioritize acquisition of sustainable infrastructure projects in Gaza.The virtual + physical hybrid auction mechanism has been launched: The ACFC official website auction section has gone live with 10 categories of items, with daily online auctions in operation (AI robot-assisted hammer fall).Offline BBQ high-end salon closed-door cocktail receptions are simultaneously advancing at venues including WCPF headquarters at TOPSUN Capital (Mongolia Group) Building (UN TOWER), Queen Mary in Long Beach (USA, under Los Angeles Port Authority), Minghua Ship at Shekou Sea World (Shenzhen, under China Merchants Group), The American Club Singapore, Mongolia National Chamber of Commerce International Conference Center, Asia Airport Hotel International Conference Center (Thailand), Kuala Lumpur Petronas Twin Towers (Malaysia), and other government and Fortune 500 corporate lounges/clubs worldwide, for in-depth project roadshows and global partner engagement.All auction profits are 100% directed to the World Common Prosperity Foundation (WCPF) for recirculating into expanded green funds, children’s future care, and common prosperity projects, forming a sustainable closed loop of public welfare industrialization and commercial public welfare.

The ACFC/CCC Annual “Common Prosperity Gold Medal” selection mechanism has been officially launched. Recipients will receive generational family security and wealth inheritance safeguards, with priority admission to the global ROC TOWN Estates network.

Public Commitment and High Standards Threshold

The Fund maintains an open attitude toward global partners but upholds extremely high values-based thresholds: All participants must identify with and practice the principles of “Cooperation Without Game Theory, One Global Family, Common Prosperity”, and pass the objective evaluation of the BBQ-Q8 AI Green Certification System to qualify.
