On the evening of June 20, 2026, the American Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC), in collaboration with the BBQ Global One Family System, TOPSUN Capital Group, and the CCC Global Presidential Friends Club, will host the “US-China Science Banquet — Promoting the Industrialization of Science and Finance” 10th Anniversary Theme Dinner and Memorial Service for Professor Fang Danqun — Founding President of the U.S. Frontier Academy of Sciences and Chairman of the World Science and Finance Group — simultaneously aboard the Ming Wah Ship at Sea World, Shekou, Shenzhen, China, and the CCC • Queen Mary in Long Beach, Los Angeles, USA.This event marks a milestone summary of ACFC’s ten years of practice in the industrialization of science and finance since the first dinner in 2016. At the same time, it officially launches the global collaborative implementation phase of ACFC’s New Century Plan (All Children Future Care).
Driven by civil society forces, it promotes green circular economy, protection of the Earth and clean water resources, and the building of a non-bloodline community of shared future for humanity, providing a peaceful, safe, prosperous, and healthy sanctuary for the future of children worldwide.
Historical Heritage and Symbolism of the Century-Old Liners
The RMS Queen Mary in Long Beach, USA, is a legendary ocean liner launched in 1936. During World War II, it served with distinction as a troopship and, after retirement, became a landmark cultural heritage site in Long Beach. It carries the glorious memories of the pinnacle of the Western maritime era and the joint resistance of the US and China against the enemy in WWII.
The two century-old liners, one in the East and one in the West across the Pacific, together symbolize the historic glory of “promoting strong collaboration between the economies of the US and China’s Bay Area.”
The Ming Wah Ship in Shenzhen (originally named Ancerville) was built in 1962 by the French Atlantic Shipyard. French President Charles de Gaulle personally presided over its launching ceremony. It once served as a luxury presidential liner for the French President on the Europe–West Africa route, witnessing France’s post-WWII revival and the glory of international shipping. In 1973, with approval from Premier Zhou Enlai, it was purchased by China and renamed “Ming Wah Ship.”
It undertook missions such as foreign aid, evacuation of overseas Chinese, and Sino-Japanese friendship exchanges. In 1984, Comrade Deng Xiaoping inspected it and personally inscribed “Sea World,” making it an important international exchange landmark in the early days of China’s reform and opening-up. After an upgrade and renovation completed in 2025, it has been relaunched as an immersive cultural exchange platform.In 2015, during the CCC family’s visit to Shenzhen, Mr. Lin Yaoxian specially arranged for the CCC to stay in Suite No. 1 of the Ming Wah Ship to commemorate the French aristocratic heritage of CCC’s wife. Their third son, the mixed Chinese-French noble-blooded FRANCOIS H. CHANG, who carries a French name, inherits the Sino-French aristocratic lineage and cross-cultural mission. He now serves as Vice Chairman of ACFC/BBQ and co-initiator of the New Century American Flying Tigers. This aristocratic heritage gene has become an important spiritual foundation for ACFC/BBQ’s century-long civil diplomacy.
Ten Years of Practical Achievements and the New Century Mission
On the evening of April 19, 2016, ACFC held its first “Promoting the Industrialization of Science and Finance” theme dinner and signing/award ceremony aboard the Ming Wah Ship at Sea World, Shekou, Shenzhen. Mr. Lin Yaoxian personally presided over the event and presented appointment certificates to leaders from the US, China, and around the world. Over the past decade, ACFC/BBQ has taken the BBQ Philosophy and Practice as its core, integrating quantum entanglement goodness certification and green circular economy, advancing the concept of “One Table a Day • Global One Family,” facilitating multiple cross-border cooperation projects in science, finance, and industry, and accumulating strong credibility in civil diplomacy.
The 2026 New Century Plan, with All Children Future Care as its overarching theme and based on the CCC family’s century-long heritage (participation in the 1911 Xinhai Revolution, involvement in the founding of the United Nations in 1945, and contributions to civil diplomacy during the Reagan era), will globally launch the following core actions:

On “Global One Family Day,” October 24, 2026, the largest and most solid non-bloodline Global One Family collective wedding in human history will be held aboard the CCC • Queen Mary in Long Beach. The Princes and Empresses will reside in the ROC TOWN estates — jointly protecting the Earth and clean water resources, nurturing future children, and building a global family trust network that transcends bloodlines.
TOPSUN Capital will invest in the construction of a brand-new CCC • Queen Mary Green AI Megaship, replicating the classic appearance of the Queen Mary while incorporating cutting-edge green technologies such as seawater desalination, AI intelligent water recycling, and zero-emission propulsion. It will serve as a mobile green lifeline to address climate crises and water resource shortages.
In response to UN resolutions on Gaza reconstruction and in coordination with related peace agendas, a multi-billion-dollar Gaza Green Reconstruction Fund will be established.
