BBQ Plan Concludes 18 Years of Data Accumulation with Success, Global One Plan Officially Launches, First AI Digital Passport Issued

Singapore, December 31, 2025 — The American Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC) today issued an official announcement marking the successful conclusion of the 18-year data accumulation phase of the BBQ plan and the official launch of the new chapter "Global One." At this significant milestone, ACFC, based on the BBQ-Q8 evaluation system, issued the first AI digital passport to Mr. Pang Hanwei, symbolizing the deep integration of artificial intelligence with human happiness research and global citizen cooperation. The BBQ plan was launched on May 20, 2007, in Guilin, China, and concluded on December 25, 2025, in Singapore. Spanning 18 years, it aimed to establish a theoretical model of human happiness through real interactions across social strata. The plan covered a wide range of samples from grassroots communities to presidential levels, validating key human behavior patterns such as trust asymmetry, cooperation versus game theory, wealth-poverty differences, and kindness versus calculation. It has provided valuable data for research in social psychology and anthropology. To ensure objectivity and fairness for the Global One plan in 2026, ACFC has issued a power of attorney to lawyer Xiong Yi, fully authorizing him to handle data collection, auditing, and settlement matters related to mainland China entities, projects, and individuals involved in the BBQ plan. At the same time, a summary table of Chinese cooperation partners has been released, covering project details, contributions (time, money, wisdom), alignment with BBQ requirements, and preliminary Q8 scores across eight dimensions: cooperation willingness, trust building, resource input, game behavior, kindness index, cognition level, wealth-poverty impact, and sustainability. The announcement notes that the BBQ model complements Harvard University's Grant Study (the longest longitudinal study of human happiness since 1938, tracking 724 participants). The Grant Study emphasizes intimate relationships as the key to longevity and happiness, while BBQ data fills gaps in sociology (e.g., poverty's "bandwidth tax" on cognition) and anthropology (e.g., cultural norm differences between wealth and poverty). AI simulations of BBQ data show, for example, that a 20% reduction in trust asymmetry can increase social mobility by 15%, and poverty-induced suspicion contributes to 60% of the roots of global conflicts.Looking ahead, the Global One plan will restart in 2026 under the BBQ-Q8 system, aiming to serve 1 billion global citizens with no hierarchies and no zero-sum games. "The imperfections of the past have become wisdom for progress," the announcement states. "The universal light of the future is rising from the shores of Singapore, the city of kindness."Concurrently, ACFC issued the first BBQ AI digital passport to Mr. Pang Hanwei at Q3 level. Mr. Pang Hanwei's contributions include injecting 1-2 million yuan (Q3 level range) into the ACFC gold mining project and promoting international cooperation. His passport rights include a 10-fold return on investment (anchored to digital gold coins), 10-fold time reciprocity from the global network, and enhanced non-bloodline global connections, all aligned with the All Children Future Care (ACFC) mission. This dual announcement demonstrates ACFC's determination to leverage AI and data to build a kinder and fairer world. The organization sincerely invites global partners to join the Global One plan and co-create sustainable happiness and collective well-being.
