Party B: Wu Xiao (senior practitioner and entrepreneur in China's film and television cultural industry, founder of Great Vision Culture Company, hereinafter referred to as "Party B")
Party A is the driving strategic cooperation institution for the 2026 "All Children Future Care" project under ACFC. It co-initiates the "World Common Prosperity Assembly Singapore Night" event with ACFC (the event is scheduled to hold the Global Family Trust Inheritance Lighting Ceremony in Singapore on October 24, 2026), and is responsible for the global selection of outstanding family representatives and the implementation of the "Global Family" 2026 strategic layout.
Party A has sufficient hard and soft asset strength. Relying on the above resources, Party A will select outstanding clan representatives of surnames through global events such as the "World Common Prosperity Conference Singapore Night", establish a cultural root-seeking industry empowerment system, and realize win-win development through global resource cooperation.

Party B is a senior practitioner and entrepreneur in China's film and television cultural industry, founder of Great Vision Culture Company. He has a diversified resume from university teacher to film and television producer, and has been deeply engaged in the action film field for many years.
Party B has achieved remarkable results in core businesses. He has led the team to create many high-view online films and series such as Medicine God Crown Prince, White Night Hero, Fist of Fury Chen Zhen, Subduing Demons Arhat; his screenplays have won the Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers Awards, and the documentaries he led have won awards at Macau and Shenzhen Film Festivals; he successfully hosted the 59th Asia-Pacific Film Festival and obtained the 10-year hosting right, effectively promoting Asia-Pacific film and television cultural cooperation.
Party B's current core development goals are to build an action film museum and Shenzhen Theatre, cooperate with universities to cultivate film and television professionals, promote Chinese action culture, enhance the international influence of the industry, build a global film and television cultural display platform, realize cultural inheritance and industrial upgrading. His daily work focuses on film and television content creation, industry event hosting, professional talent training and key project planning.
(1) Membership Fee Payment and Identity Authentication
Party B voluntarily pays the membership fee of ACFC Global Presidential Friendship Club, including a basic registration fee of USD 1 (corresponding to associate member status), and an official membership level fee ranging from USD 10 to USD 16,000 (corresponding to 8 levels of "inheritance seats" from Q1 to Q8). Party B shall complete the payment of the membership fee of the corresponding level in strict accordance with the guidelines on the designated page of Party A's official website. The specific payment process, payment channels, currency requirements, etc. shall be subject to the content published on the page of ACFC One Global Family • BBQ Digital Passport – Global Applications Now Open - AMERICAN CHINESE FRIENDSHIP COUNCIL (acfcgroup.com) Party B shall fully pay the membership fee of the corresponding level within 5 working days after signing the agreement. After confirming that Party B has paid the fee in full, Party A will issue a corresponding Q-level BBQ Digital Passport (i.e., digital membership card) to Party B according to the selected membership level, and at the same time, authorize AI to generate the digital currency BBQ Coin legally authorized by Party A and anchored to the corresponding mineral resources based on blockchain technology (relevant legal procedures must be completed in advance to ensure compliance).
Party A has the priority right to repurchase the BBQ Coins held by Party B and anchored by the BBQ Digital Passport under this agreement at the market equivalent price. When exercising this right, Party A shall give Party B a written notice 30 natural days in advance, and both parties shall complete the price settlement and BBQ Coin delivery within the time limit specified in the notice.
Party B retains the right to request repurchase at the original price for the BBQ Coins obtained by paying the membership fee agreed in this agreement and anchored to mineral resources (i.e., Party A promises to repurchase such BBQ Coins at the original price when they are issued). When exercising this right, Party B shall submit a written application to Party A, together with the BBQ Digital Passport and BBQ Coin holding certificate. Party A shall complete the review within 15 working days after receiving the application, and complete the refund of the original price and the recovery of BBQ Coins within 10 working days after the review is passed.
The exercise of the above repurchase rights shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations and the relevant articles of association of Party A's BBQ Coin management, and shall not violate the asset right confirmation and circulation rules at the blockchain technical level.
Official Basis for Standards and Procedures

Party B must meet the following conditions at the same time to be eligible for promotion to Q4 and above membership levels:
(1) Basic performance requirements: Having fully paid the membership fee of the corresponding level in accordance with the agreement, and having no bad records such as overdue payment or violation of the membership management articles of association;
(2) Project participation requirements: Actively participating in core projects initiated by Party A such as "All Children Future Care" and "Global Family", providing resource support or professional services in the field of film and television culture for the projects for no less than 2 times, and the service effect has been recognized in writing by Party A's project team;
(3) Industry influence requirements: During the cooperation period, the film and television projects or industry activities led by Party B shall generate positive industry influence, and at least one project shall be recommended by a national film and television industry association or receive special reports from provincial or above media;
(4) Clan resource linkage requirements: Assisting Party A to complete at least one cultural root-seeking or industrial cooperation docking within the Wu clan circle, and providing effective support for the construction of the "Global Family" clan resource network.
(1) Regular assessment cycle: Party A implements a quarterly assessment + annual review mechanism for Party B's membership promotion. The quarterly assessment period is from the 20th to the 30th day of the last month of each natural quarter, and the annual review period is from December 1st to 10th each year; Party B can apply for promotion without having to be a member for 3 natural months, and can submit an application at any time according to its own qualifications.
(2) Accelerated promotion channels (refer to the official website link: 【重要更新】BBQ全球一家 • 新加坡之夜行动指引（2025.12.12） - 美中友好促进会 (acfcgroup.com) Party B can apply for accelerated promotion to Q4 and above membership levels through any of the following channels, and can directly complete the level upgrade after being approved by Party A, without being restricted by the regular assessment batches:
Channel 1: Core Resource Contribution Channel: Party B provides exclusive film and television cultural resource support for Party A's "All Children Future Care" project or "World Common Prosperity Conference Singapore Night" event (such as exclusively undertaking the film and television promotion of the event, customizing public welfare film and television content for the project, etc.), and the resource value meets the empowerment standard corresponding to Q4 membership after evaluation by Party A;
Channel 2: Clan Circle Leadership Channel: Party B successfully organizes no less than 5 high-quality representatives in the film and television cultural field or Wu clan circle to join Party A's ACFC Global Presidential Friendship Club, and all new members have paid the Q2 and above membership fees;
Channel 3: Industry Benchmark Achievement Channel: During the cooperation period, the film and television projects led by Party B have won relevant awards at international A-category film festivals, or the action culture inheritance projects promoted by Party B have been included in the national cultural export list.
(1) Assessment basis: The qualification value assessment and matching degree determination of the accelerated promotion channels shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the BBQ Philosophical System Manual, for details of the manual, please refer to the official link: Handbook of the BBQ Philosophical System - AMERICAN CHINESE FRIENDSHIP COUNCIL (acfcgroup.com). The assessment content shall conform to the core judgment dimensions of "resource value, circle influence, and industry benchmarking" in the manual.
(2) Authentication mechanism: Party A authorizes world-class AI to conduct independent authentication and evaluation on the accelerated promotion qualification materials submitted by Party B. Based on the blockchain-deposited information and the standards of the BBQ Philosophical System Manual, AI will complete the authenticity verification of qualifications, quantitative evaluation of value and matching degree scoring. The authentication result will serve as the core reference basis for Party A's final review to ensure the objectivity and credibility of the assessment process.
(1) Application: During the assessment period or at any time, Party B shall submit a written promotion application to Party A's membership management department (additional qualification certification materials corresponding to the channel are required for accelerated promotion), together with qualification certificates, project participation vouchers, industry influence evidence and other materials during the assessment period;
(2) Review: Party A shall complete the material review and qualification verification within 10 working days after receiving the application. A green channel will be opened for accelerated promotion applications, and special review will be completed within 5 working days. If necessary, Party B may be required to make supplementary explanations or participate in interviews; for accelerated promotion applications, the authentication evaluation report of world-class AI shall be retrieved synchronously as the review support;
(3) Publicity: After the review is passed, Party A will publicize Party B's promotion qualification and AI authentication result on the official platform for 3 working days. If there is no objection during the publicity period, it will enter the promotion confirmation link;
(4) Confirmation: After the publicity is completed, Party A will update the membership level of Party B's BBQ Digital Passport, adjust the corresponding BBQ Coin anchoring rights and interests synchronously, and notify Party B of the promotion result in writing.
From the date of obtaining the BBQ Digital Passport, Party B shall strictly abide by Party A's membership management articles of association and membership promotion rules, and officially become a formal member of the projects initiated by Party A such as "All Children Future Care" and "World Common Prosperity Conference", and enjoy the member rights and interests corresponding to the level in Party A's club system.
Party A provides Party B with global resource empowerment support, including but not limited to investment docking for Party B's film and television projects, global film and television cultural communication resource tilt, etc.; after Party B is promoted to Q4 and above membership qualifications, Party A will recommend Party B to participate in the 2026 Singapore Night event and compete for the "Global Family Wu Clan AI Era Leadership Top 100 Common Prosperity Gold Medal (refer to the previous World Common Prosperity Assembly City Night Gold Medal Award Ceremony, for details, see WCPA 2021 Wuhan Night Gold Medal Award Ceremony - AMERICAN CHINESE FRIENDSHIP COUNCIL (acfcgroup.com)
Matters not covered in this agreement may be separately negotiated and agreed upon by both parties in a supplementary agreement, which shall have the same legal effect as this agreement.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties; if negotiation fails, they may be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction at the place where Party A is registered for litigation.
This agreement shall take effect on the date of signature and seal by both parties, and its validity period shall last until the completion of the relevant activities and the realization of rights and interests of the 2026 "World Common Prosperity Assembly Singapore Night". Upon expiration, it may be renewed according to the cooperation wishes of both parties.
