Submit Order: Customers submit an irrevocable corporate purchase order (ICPO), along with relevant qualification documents and proof of funds;
Contract Signing: Both parties negotiate contract terms and sign a formal purchase and sales contract;
Document Delivery: The seller provides customers with product certification documents (such as letter of supply commitment, quality inspection report, certificate of origin, etc.);
Logistics Arrangement: Both parties confirm the delivery method and logistics details, and complete product loading, transportation and customs clearance;
Quality Verification: Customers verify the quality and quantity of products (support third-party inspection);

Complete Transaction: Customers pay the purchase price, the seller completes the transfer of ownership and commission settlement, and conducts long-term supply in accordance with the contract agreement.
