贝加尔湖 —— 联合保护地球与洁净水资源共同富裕行动计划

“地球心脏 —— 贝加尔湖”国际科考探险计划的想法于2007年诞生于北极, 俄罗斯地理学会、联合国教科文组织、俄罗斯国家航天公司等均对计划大力支持，俄罗斯、美国、德国、加拿大和法国的顶尖地球环境科学家、野生动物专家、文化与电影制作人等参与国际科考探险计划。

同年，2007年5月20日，创造合作不博弈人类未来的全球公益与商业可持续发展共同富裕行动计划 （BBQ大公益理念)于中国武汉萌发诞生。

The idea for the international research expedition“The heart of the earth-lake Baikal” was born in the Arctic in 2007, the Russian Geographical Society, the Russian United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, the Russian National Space Corporation and others have all given strong support to the plan, leading geoscientists, wildlife experts, cultural and film-makers from Russia, the United States, Germany, Canada and France are participating in international scientific expeditions. In the same year, May 20,2007, the action plan for the Sustainable Development of global commonweal and business for Common Prosperity (BBQ concept) was born in Wuhan, China.

BBQ联合俄罗斯联邦政府、俄罗斯贝加尔湖保护基金会发起“人类的未来 - 地球与洁净水”系列活动，邀请世界各国政府、科研院校、国际组织、社会资本、妇女儿童共同参与联合保护地球与洁净水 —— 贝加尔湖科考、投资、开发，分享占地球 1/5 的洁净水及贝加尔湖生物多样性的绿色财富资源。“公益产业化、商业公益化”的贝加尔湖BBQ系列地球“0”污染生态产品持续送往世界各国妇女儿童、社区家庭、工厂学校，邀请更多社会力量加入保护地球与洁净水共同富裕行动计划。

BBQ, in conjunction with the government of the Russian Federation and the Lake Baikal Conservation Foundation of Russia, launched a series of activities entitled“The future of mankind-earth and clean water”, inviting governments, research institutes, international organizations, social capital, women and children from all over the world to participate in joint efforts to protect the earth and clean water-research, investment and development of Lake Baikal, share the green wealth of clean water and Lake Baikal's biodiversity, which accounts for one-fifth of the planet. “Public welfare industrialization, commercial public welfare” Baikal Lake BBQ series earth“0” pollution ecological products continue to send to women and children around the world, community families, factory schools, invite more social forces to join the action plan to protect the earth and clean water for common prosperity.

俄罗斯联邦驻广州总领事馆及各国驻华总领事、俄罗斯国家地理学会主席、俄罗斯布里亚特共和国政府主席等各领域影响力人物持续积极支持保护地球与洁净水共同富裕行动计划（如图）。

The consulate-general of the Russian Federation in Guangzhou and the consuls-general of all countries in China, the president of the Russian National Geographic Society and the President of the Russian Buryat Republic government continue to actively support the action plan for the protection of the earth and the common prosperity of clean water (pictured) .

The Russian Geographical Society, UNESCO, State Space Corporation “Roscosmos” etc. showed their interest in the project expressed.

The Heart of the World: Lake Baikal ，the idea of an expedition was born in North Pole, in 2007.The leading scientists and experts, specialists on wildlife survey, moviemakers from Russia, the USA, Germany, Canada and France take part in project.

贝加尔湖保护基金会主席米哈伊尔·斯利彭丘克是“地球心脏 —— 贝加尔湖”国际科考探险计划的首席顾问。2008-2010年，世界各地的科学家、政治家和公众人物共同参与计划，米哈伊尔·斯利彭丘克大力支持组织并资助“贝加尔湖国际探险队”。

俄罗斯联邦总统普京、蒙古国总统等国家政要参加并亲自与科学家们潜入贝加尔湖水底开展科学考察活动。探险的目的是让各国政治家、公众人物了解保护地球与洁净水共同富裕行动计划。

The Head of the Fund for Protection of Lake Baikal Mikhail Slipenchuk became the consultant of“The Heart of the World: Baikal ”. In 2008-2010 Mikhail V. Slipenchuk had organized and financed the International expedition “Mirs” on Baikal” with a participation of scientists, politicians and public figures from all over the world. The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin took part in the submersions to the very bottom of Lake Baikal.  The aim of this expedition was awareness of Baikal problems by politicians and public figures.

2017年3月由俄罗斯文化部支持，美国好莱坞“现代时代”电影公司开拍首部《贝加尔湖》3D纪录片，BBQ参与《贝加尔湖》后期制作翻译并负责在中国举办了内部首映式，2021年在全俄罗斯影院公开上映，获得各国各界大力支持。通过《贝加尔湖》3D纪录片，人们领略了贝加尔湖的原始荒野和地球在贝加尔湖地区独具珍稀生物物种的多样性。《贝加尔湖》3D纪录片更启示人类面临 —— 淡水短缺、全球变暖、干旱失控等系列地球环境危机严重问题。

The first 3D documentary film about Lake Baikal is going to be released in 2021 with support of the Russian Ministry of Culture, the “Modern Age” productions and the group of companies “Luxor”. Company “Luxor” started filming in March 2017. Audience will see pristine wilderness of Baikal, its flora and fauna. The movie will show main problems of mankind – fresh water shortage, global warming and drought control. The director of the project is Anastasia Popova (“Water”, “Empowered by garbage”, “Gone by the Sea”).
