美中友好促进会（ACFC）中国首席代表庞汉伟（Hale Pang) 出访蒙古国

2024年6月10日，美中友好促进会（ACFC）中国首席代表兼人事与行政委员会主席庞汉伟（Ｈale Pang)飞抵蒙古国首都乌兰巴托市，在美中友好促进会（ACFC）蒙古国首席代表的陪同下，抵达蒙古中央政府办公所在地国家宫，与蒙古总统办公厅副主任、蒙中俄文化与经济促进会主席、国会议员、蒙古国石油与矿产资源部部长等蒙古政府高级官员会见交流（如图）。

2024年3月美中友好促进会（ACFC）战略受邀出席于蒙古首都乌兰巴托市举办的首届《蒙古港口振兴国家论坛》并于2024年4月正式与蒙古国政府有关机构签署包括战略投资蒙古国自由经济贸易区及港口全球发展合作备忘录。

2024年４月美中友好促进会（ACFC）旗下产业投资集团与有关规划、设计、施工等国内外企业集团签署了包括蒙古国及中国区项目建设总承包（EPC）合作备忘录，为项目落户国内国外各区域飞地经济合作项目做好前期工作。

2024年5月美中友好促进会（ACFC）在蒙古国发起注册成立世界共同富裕基金会，同时完成收购位于蒙古首都乌拉巴托市各国大使馆核心区联合国大道 UN TOWER（青少年联合国大楼），作为世界共同富裕基金会总部大楼（如图），引入世界主要银行、金融机构和交易所，加速协助美中友好促进会（ACFC)在蒙古国并购重组蒙古国众多的金矿资源和其他80多种矿产资源，世界共同富裕基金会将通过美中友好促进会（ACFC）在美国、东北亚国家拥有的巨量金矿和贵金属矿产资源，结合欧美主要银行，联合构建基于存量黄金为结算锚定物的国际融资平台和融资工具，形成全球性以黄金（矿）资产为主要标的物，包括地球矿产、能源、无污染水资源等生态资源为标的的融资、投资、交易、结算平台，战略投资蒙古自由经济贸易区及陆港，持续将蒙古国丰富的黄金及贵金属、能源等矿产资源，通过蒙古国边境口岸陆海联运至包括中国广东、广西、浙江、辽宁等各国自由经济贸易区及港口，建立飞地经济合作，分阶段实现氢能源发电，各国自由贸易区及港口依托蒙古国矿产资源保障，构建共同富裕的飞地经济合作。

On June 10, 2024, Hale Pang, the chief representative in China and the chairman of the Personnel and Administrative Committee of the American-Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC), flew to Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. Accompanied by the chief representative of ACFC in Mongolia, he arrived at the State Palace, the office location of the Mongolian central government, and met and communicated with senior Mongolian government officials such as the deputy director of the Mongolian presidential office, the chairman of the Mongolia-China-Russia Cultural and Economic Promotion Council, members of parliament, and the minister of petroleum and mineral resources of Mongolia (as shown in the picture).In March 2024, the American-Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC) was strategically invited to attend the first "Mongolian Port Revitalization National Forum" held in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. In April 2024, it officially signed a memorandum of understanding on global development cooperation including strategic investment in Mongolia's free economic trade zone and ports with relevant Mongolian government agencies.
In April 2024, the industrial investment group under the American-Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC) signed cooperation memorandums on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) for project construction in Mongolia and China with relevant domestic and foreign enterprise groups engaged in planning, design, construction, etc., thus making preparations for the projects to settle in various domestic and foreign enclave economic cooperation projects.
In May 2024, the American-Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC) initiated and registered the establishment of the World Common Prosperity Foundation in Mongolia. At the same time, it completed the acquisition of the UN TOWER (Youth United Nations Building) on United Nations Avenue in the core area of embassies of various countries in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia, as the headquarters building of the World Common Prosperity Foundation (as shown in the picture). It introduced major world banks, financial institutions and exchanges to accelerate assisting the American-Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC) in mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations of numerous gold mine resources and more than 80 other mineral resources in Mongolia. The World Common Prosperity Foundation will combine the massive gold and precious metal mineral resources owned by the American-Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC) in the United States and Northeast Asian countries with major European and American banks to jointly build an international financing platform and financing tools based on stock gold as the settlement anchor. Form a global financing, investment, trading and settlement platform with gold (mine) assets as the main subject matter, including ecological resources such as earth minerals, energy and pollution-free water resources. Strategically invest in Mongolia's free economic trade zone and land port. Continuously transport Mongolia's abundant gold, precious metals, energy and other mineral resources to free economic trade zones and ports of various countries including Guangdong, Guangxi, Zhejiang and Liaoning in China through land-sea combined transportation at Mongolia's border ports. Establish enclave economic cooperation and realize hydrogen energy power generation in stages. Relying on Mongolia's mineral resources guarantee, free trade zones and ports of various countries build enclave economic cooperation for common prosperity.
