为纪念美中友好促进会（ACFC）诞生66周年、BBQ成立20周年，以及全球总统之友CCC（张政权）百年民间外交史暨影响和平与战争史，美中友好促进会正式启动ACFC新百年计划——儿童未来全球关怀之保护地球与洁净水全球一家共同富裕行动。

这一计划以“续航美中友好，促进世界和平”为核心，旨在将东方智慧融入西方哲学，带领人类文化寻根，重返伊甸园般的和谐家园。通过联合全球民间力量，共同建设新千年新诺亚方舟之海陆空天ROCTOWN庄园（100国1000城），实现人与地球绿色生态、和平富足的新人类第二家园。

作为新百年计划的开篇之作，“蒙古国人马VS摩托环球越野拉力赛”将于近期启动。这一融合传统与现代、东方与西方的独特赛事，将跨越多国疆域，以人马与摩托的越野竞速形式，传递“保护地球、守护洁净水、全球一家共同富裕”的核心理念。赛事不仅是一场体育挑战，更是一次全球性的文化交流与生态倡导之旅。参赛者将途经不同文明发源地，亲身感受人类与自然的关系，唤起全世界对儿童未来、地球生态和清洁水资源的关注。通过这场“人马VS摩托”的跨文化对话，展现合作而非博弈的人类新未来。

ACFC Launches "New Century Plan" for Global Children’s Future on 66th Anniversary

– To commemorate the 66th anniversary of the American Chinese Friendship Council (ACFC), the 20th anniversary of BBQ, and the centennial legacy of CCC (Chen Chuan Chang) in civilian diplomacy and peace-building, ACFC officially launches its New Century Plan: Global Care for Children’s Future — Protect the Earth, Clean Water, One Global Family, Shared Prosperity.

Centered on the mission to "Sustain America-China Friendship and Promote World Peace," this initiative aims to integrate Eastern wisdom with Western philosophy, leading a cultural quest for humanity's roots and returning to a harmonious "Garden of Eden." By uniting global civil forces, ACFC seeks to build the New Millennium Noah’s Ark—the integrated ROCTOWN Manor spanning 100 Nations and 1,000 Cities—to establish a second home for humanity defined by green ecology, peace, and prosperity.

Mongolia Horse-Vs-Motorcycle Global Rally

The inaugural event of the New Century Plan, the Mongolia Horse-Vs-Motorcycle Global Rally, will launch imminently. This unique race blends tradition with modernity and East with West, crossing borders to deliver the core message:

Protect the Earth, Guard Clean Water, Achieve One Global Family and Shared Prosperity.

More than a sporting challenge, this is a global journey of cultural exchange and ecological advocacy. Traversing ancient cradles of civilization, participants will experience the bond between humanity and nature, drawing worldwide attention to children's futures, planetary ecosystems, and clean water resources. Through this cross-cultural dialogue of "Horse vs. Motorcycle," we demonstrate a new human future built on cooperation rather than confrontation.

The long-term objective of the ACFC New Century Plan is to mobilize civil forces from 100 nations and 1,000 cities to create the Land-Sea-Air-Space Integrated ROCTOWN Manor.
