【恩施讯】 大鹏盛世足球联盟（Fairtheworld Football Alliance，简称FFA）今日宣布，其与(社)大韩演艺人体育会（KESC）的战略协同已全面落地。ACFC韩国会长David Lee与KESC足球协会会长吴一英（Oh Il-young）于2026年6月11日在首尔共同确认，双方将依托韩国顶尖的足球竞技体系，共建“ROCTOWN全球实训基地”，正式启动FFA“100国千城青少年”计划的亚洲板块。

此次合作标志着演艺体育经济正式切入传统青训赛道。双方将携手组建ROCTOWN大鹏鸟青少年足球队，构建横跨东亚的顶级人才通道。

实体落地：恩施品山壹号确立为中国区集训基地

区别于传统的备忘录式合作，本次战略协议附带了详实的实体资产支撑。FFA同步披露了其位于中国湖北恩施的实体训练基地——品山壹号ROC TOWN全球庄园的批量资产并购进展。

根据FFA与巴东县品山度假村发展有限公司签署的协议，FFA已专项认购该项目内255套现房，总面积逾18,000平方米，交易总额达1.468亿元人民币。该批次房源将不再作为传统商品房流通，而是整体转化为FFA的全球资产节点，打造集“训练+教育+康养”于一体的ROCTOWN大鹏鸟氢墅体系。

战略纵深：KESC主导下的资源并网

本次合作是ACFC“新百年计划”的关键落子。协议明确，品山壹号项目将正式并入TOPSUN全球资产矩阵。

KESC足球协会会长吴一英在战略部署中指出：“我们不是在简单地租借场地，而是通过资产确权，将物理空间转化为承载‘人与地球共生共富’愿景的永续资产。我们正在引入经过韩国正统足球体系验证的技战术基因，相关顶层认证与协作正处于严格的程序审批与静默期。”

关于与亚洲国家的联动

针对业界关注的 FFA与其他亚洲国家足协的潜在联动，吴一英会长表示：“为确保公告的里程碑意义，关于双方机构更高层级的官方审批程序，我们将择定最佳时机再行披露。目前的架构已足够支撑起亚洲板块的顶级运作。”

随着协议的生效，FFA与KESC计划在2026年内启动首期选拔，依托恩施基地向全球输送人才。

Both parties emphasized that further formal announcements regarding engagement with the Korea Football Association (KFA) are pending procedural alignment and optimal timing.

On-the-ground Implementation: Pinshan No.1 in Enshi

Backed by substantial physical assets, FFA confirmed the special subscription of 255 existing apartments in the Pinshan No.1 project, covering over 18,000 square meters with a total transaction value of 146.8 million RMB. These properties will be transformed into global asset hubs for FFA.

Strategic Depth: Resource Integration Led by KESC

Mr. Oh Il-young, President of KESC Football Association, stated during the deployment: "We are importing technical DNA verified by Korea's orthodox football institutions. Regarding further top-level certification and coordination with the Korea Football Association (KFA), we are currently in a strict procedural review and silent period. We ensure that when the official announcement arrives, it will carry the milestone significance it deserves."

Future Outlook

FFA and KESC plan to launch the first selection phase within 2026, selecting outstanding young talents globally to be sent to the training bases supported by the Korean system.
