韩业明先生，现任TOPSUN资本中国区副董事长，深耕财务管控、企业运营与资产管理领域近40年，兼具扎实的专业功底、丰富的政企管理经验与成熟的资本运营视野。 韩业明先生1964年2月出生，辽宁旅顺人，汉族，中共党员，研究生学历。1982年入伍，1986年毕业于沈阳财经学院会计系，获学士学位；2008年毕业于东北财经大学工商管理专业，获研究生学历，系统构建了财务、管理、资本运作的复合型知识体系。 职业生涯中，韩业明先生历经政企多岗位历练，履历扎实、经验多元。早期深耕地方交通基建财务领域，历任瓦房店市公路段会计、瓦房店市交通局财务科科长，十余年深耕基层财务核算与管理，筑牢严谨、稳健的财务管控根基；后任职大连市规划执法大队办公室主任，统筹行政运营、综合协调与内控管理，全面提升综合管理与统筹决策能力；2013年起进入央企与专业资管领域，担任保利通信有限公司事业部经理，主导业务拓展、团队管理与资源整合；2022年出任大连兆维资产管理公司总经理，全面负责公司战略规划、资产运营、风险管控与经营管理，积累了丰富的资产管理、资本运作与企业治理经验。 加入TOPSUN资本后，韩业明先生依托深厚的行业积淀与资源优势，聚焦中国区战略落地、产业资源整合、资产管理赋能与风险合规把控，助力TOPSUN资本深耕中国市场，赋能实体产业升级与价值成长，推动资本与产业高效融合、协同发展。

Senior Executive Introduction: Han Yeming, Vice Chairman of TOPSUN Capital China Region Mr. Han Yeming currently serves as Vice Chairman of TOPSUN Capital China Region. With nearly 40 years of in-depth experience in financial management, corporate operation and asset management, he possesses solid professional expertise, extensive government and enterprise management experience, and a mature vision for capital operation. Born in February 1964 in Lvshun, Liaoning Province, Mr. Han is of Han ethnicity, a member of the Communist Party of China, and holds a postgraduate degree. He enlisted in the military in October 1982. He graduated from the Department of Accounting, Shenyang College of Finance and Economics with a bachelor’s degree in July 1986, and obtained a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in July 2008, systematically building a composite knowledge system covering finance, management and capital operation. Throughout his career, Mr. Han has served in various positions in government departments and enterprises, boasting a solid and diverse professional background. In his early years, he focused on financial management in local transportation infrastructure, successively working as an accountant at Wafangdian Highway Section and Section Chief of the Finance Department of Wafangdian Transportation Bureau. With more than ten years of experience in grassroots financial accounting and management, he established a rigorous and stable foundation for financial control. Subsequently, he served as Director of the Office of Dalian Planning and Law Enforcement Brigade, overseeing administrative operations, comprehensive coordination and internal control management, which comprehensively enhanced his overall management and decision-making capabilities. Since 2013, he has entered central enterprise and professional asset management fields, serving as Division Manager of Poly Communication Co., Ltd., leading business development, team management and resource integration. In July 2022, he took office as General Manager of Dalian Zhaowei Asset Management Co., Ltd., fully responsible for the company’s strategic planning, asset operation, risk control and business management, accumulating rich experience in asset management, capital operation and corporate governance. Since joining TOPSUN Capital, leveraging his profound industry accumulation and resource advantages, Mr. Han focuses on the implementation of China’s regional strategy, industrial resource integration, asset management empowerment and risk compliance control.
