王春茂先生，TOPSUN资本深圳代表处常务副主任，红色文脉传承者、深圳特区初代拓荒建设者、蛇口改革开放核心亲历践行者。 祖籍广东梅县松源，为革命苏区“松源会议”核心旧址树德堂怀仁别墅正统文脉传承人，家族世代赓续忠义报国、厚德笃行的优良家风。先祖王兴中是近代民主革命先驱，为兴中会、同盟会首批创始成员，亦是广州黄花岗起义幸存革命志士。 改革开放初期，随中国人民解放军两万基建工程兵部队南下驻防深圳，全程参与特区奠基建设，是深圳从零起步、由荒滩蝶变新城的初代核心拓荒者。后入职招商局集团，担任招商局机关机要室机要秘书，深度参与蛇口工业区早期战略规划、基建奠基与制度革新，是袁庚同志蛇口改革事业的核心执行者与坚定践行者，亲历“时间就是金钱，效率就是生命”的改革理念落地生根。 深耕国家级产业园区开发、政企综合治理、城市更新迭代、产业生态运营领域数十年，历任招商局集团核心岗位，后受聘担任招商地产资深顾问、明华轮（海上世界）联合运营总顾问，推动蛇口迭代升级为国际化滨海创新城区。退休后牵头筹备红袍资本（筹），担任创始合伙人、董事长，聚焦赋能实体经济转型升级，助力中小企业合规提质增效。 加入TOPSUN资本后，全面主持深圳代表处工作，依托深厚的特区建设积淀、政企资源网络与产业运营经验，聚焦华南区域战略落地、产业资源整合、科技创新赋能与资本生态构建，助力TOPSUN资本深耕粤港澳大湾区，推动资本与实体产业深度融合、协同发展。
Wang Chunmao Executive Deputy Director (Shenzhen Representative Office) Mr. Wang Chunmao serves as Executive Deputy Director of TOPSUN Capital Shenzhen Representative Office. He is a inheritor of red cultural heritage, a pioneer of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, and a key participant in the reform and opening-up of Shekou. With ancestral roots in Songyuan, Meixian, Guangdong, Mr. Wang is the orthodox cultural inheritor of Shude Hall Huairen Villa, the core site of the "Songyuan Conference" in the revolutionary Soviet area. His family has for generations upheld the fine traditions of loyalty to the country, virtue, and pragmatic conduct. His ancestor, Wang Xingzhong, was a pioneer of modern democratic revolution, one of the founding members of the Revive China Society and the Tongmenghui, and a surviving revolutionary of the Guangzhou Huanghuagang Uprising. In the early days of reform and opening-up, Mr. Wang moved south to Shenzhen with the 20,000 infrastructure engineers of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, participating in the foundational construction of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. He was one of the core pioneers who witnessed Shenzhen transform from a barren beach into a modern metropolis. Later, he joined China Merchants Group as a confidential secretary, deeply involved in the strategic planning, infrastructure construction, and institutional innovation of the early Shekou Industrial Zone. He was a core executor and steadfast practitioner of Yuan Geng’s Shekou reform, witnessing the implementation of the iconic reform philosophy "Time is money, efficiency is life". With decades of experience in national-level industrial park development, government-enterprise governance, urban renewal, and industrial ecosystem operation, Mr. Wang has held core positions at China Merchants Group. He later served as a senior consultant for China Merchants Property and co-general operation consultant for Minghua轮 (Sea World), promoting Shekou’s transformation into an international coastal innovation district. After retirement, he led the preparation of Hongpao Capital (to be established) as Founding Partner and Chairman, focusing on empowering the transformation and upgrading of the real economy and supporting SMEs in compliance and efficiency improvement. Since joining TOPSUN Capital, Mr. Wang has overseen the Shenzhen Representative Office. Leveraging his profound experience in SEZ development, government-enterprise networks, and industrial operation, he focuses on implementing strategies in South China, integrating industrial resources, empowering technological innovation, and building a capital ecosystem. He supports TOPSUN Capital’s in-depth development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, promoting the integration and coordinated development of capital and real industries.
