2026年6月17日，大鹏盛世足球联盟（Fairtheworld Football Alliance，简称FFA） 与 (社)大韩演艺人体育会（KESC） 的战略协同取得实质性进展。ACFC韩国会长 David Lee 与 KESC 足球协会会长吴一英（Oh Il-young）于首尔共同签署合作协议，双方宣布将依托韩国成熟的足球培训体系，共建“ROCTOWN全球实训基地”，并启动FFA“100国千城青少年”计划的亚洲板块。
此次合作标志着FFA在整合国际资源、打通文体经济链路方面迈出关键一步。双方将携手组建ROCTOWN大鹏鸟青少年足球队，构建横跨东亚的人才选拔与培养通道。
实体落地：1.46亿元专项资产注入恩施基地
区别于传统的框架协议，本次合作伴随实质性的资产投入。FFA同步披露了其位于中国湖北恩施的核心训练基地——品山壹号ROC TOWN全球庄园的资产并购进展。
据FFA与巴东县品山度假村发展有限公司签署的协议，FFA已专项认购该项目内255套现房，总面积逾18,000平方米，交易总额达1.468亿元人民币。该批次房源将不再作为传统商品房流通，而是整体转化为FFA的全球资产节点，打造集“职业训练、文化教育、运动康养”于一体的ROCTOWN大鹏鸟氢墅体系。
资源协同：KESC引入韩国职业级教练体系
作为韩国文化体育观光部主管的社团法人，KESC长期致力于整合演艺界与体育界资源。在此次合作中，KESC将负责引入经过韩国职业联赛验证的技战术理念与教练资源。
KESC足球协会会长吴一英在部署会上表示：“我们通过资产确权的形式，将物理空间转化为承载‘人与地球共生共富’愿景的永续资产。目前，双方正就更深层次的官方协作机制进行严谨的程序对接，并将择机披露后续进展。”
关于亚洲布局与首期计划
针对未来的区域扩展，吴一英会长指出，当前的架构已足以支撑起亚洲板块的高水平运作。随着协议的生效，FFA与KESC计划在2026年内启动首期全球选拔，依托恩施基地及韩国资源，向国际输送优秀青少年足球人才。

ENS HI, China — The Fairtheworld Football Alliance (FFA) and the Korea Entertainer Sports Committee (KESC) have achieved significant progress in their strategic synergy. Mr. David Lee of ACFC Korea and Mr. Oh Il-young, President of the KESC Football Association, signed a cooperation agreement in Seoul, announcing the joint establishment of the "ROCTOWN Global Training Base." The partnership will leverage proven South Korean football development systems to launch the Asian chapter of FFA’s "100 Countries & 1000 Cities Youth Program."
This collaboration marks a pivotal step for FFA in integrating international resources and bridging the sports and cultural economy. Both parties will work together to establish the ROCTOWN "Roc Bird" Youth Football Team, creating a talent pipeline across East Asia.
Physical Asset Injection: RMB 146 Million Investment in Enshi Base
Distinct from traditional framework agreements, this partnership is backed by substantial physical assets. FFA disclosed the progress of its asset acquisition for the core training base—the Pinshan No.1 ROC TOWN Global Estate in Enshi, Hubei.
According to the agreement signed between FFA and Badong County Pinshan Resort Development Co., Ltd., FFA has executed a special subscription for 255 existing housing units, covering a total area of over 18,000 square meters, with a total transaction value of RMB 146.8 million. These properties will no longer circulate as conventional commercial real estate. Instead, they will be converted into global asset nodes for FFA, forming the "ROCTOWN Roc Bird Hydrogen Villa" system—an integrated hub for professional training, cultural education, and sports rehabilitation.
Resource Integration: KESC Introduces Professional Coaching System
As a non-profit organization supervised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea, KESC is dedicated to integrating resources from the entertainment and sports industries. In this collaboration, KESC will oversee the introduction of tactical concepts and coaching methodologies verified by the Korean professional leagues.
Mr. Oh Il-young, President of the KESC Football Association, stated during the strategic deployment: "Through Asset Right Confirmation], we are transforming physical space into sustainable assets that carry the vision of 'Symbiosis and Shared Prosperity between Humanity and the Earth.' Currently, both parties are engaged in rigorous procedural coordination regarding deeper official collaboration mechanisms, with subsequent progress to be disclosed at the appropriate time."
Asian Expansion and Phase 1 Roadmap
Addressing future regional expansion, President Oh noted that the current structure is fully capable of supporting high-level operations across the Asian market. Following the effectiveness of the agreement, FFA and KESC plan to launch the first phase of global talent selection within 2026, utilizing the Enshi base and Korean resources to cultivate elite youth players for the international stage.
