Ms. Mandalsuren Chimgee is a core member of the TOPSUN Capital Mongolia Team, a senior operations management specialist, a versatile professional in the energy sector, and a practical practitioner of China-Mongolia economic and trade cooperation.** Born on January 22, 1991, in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, of Khalkh ethnicity, Ms. Chimgee has over a decade of in-depth experience in energy industry operations management and corporate internal governance, with dual professional backgrounds in electrical power engineering and human resource management. She graduated from the East Siberian State University of Technology and Management in Russia with a bachelor’s degree in electrical power engineering, and from the National University of Mongolia with a master’s degree in human resource management. Possessing a solid theoretical foundation and outstanding interdisciplinary capabilities, she has long been rooted in the frontline of Mongolia’s energy infrastructure, with comprehensive professionalism integrating technical practice, overall operation coordination, and team management. Since 2015, she has been serving at the Ulaanbaatar Electricity Distribution Network (UBEDN). Starting as a customer service hall officer, she has successively held positions as internal operations specialist, technician, and core backbone of the operation and maintenance division. She has deeply participated in the daily operation and maintenance, process optimization, internal management, and team building of Ulaanbaatar’s power supply system. Familiar with Mongolia’s energy industry regulatory framework, infrastructure operation standards, and corporate internal governance logic, she has extensive experience in end-to-end operations management of large public utility enterprises. Adhering to a rigorous, pragmatic, and pursuit-of-excellence professional philosophy, she has accumulated frontline practical experience in grassroots positions and gradually grown into a backbone in the field of operations management.
