凭借卓越表现，Alex Pang荣获该计划全额奖学金，并获 CCC 全球总统之友俱乐部特别保送资格，推荐入读全球顶级领袖摇篮大学（特别适合有志成为未来政商、科技、国际领袖的青少年目标院校）。
In 2023, Alex Pang was entrusted to independently translate the first Mongolian Investment Banking Law officially passed by the Mongolian Parliament. The translation received official recognition and awards from authoritative Mongolian institutions and relevant international organizations. This achievement was subsequently included in the New Century Plan: All Children Future Care – Global Care for Children initiative, a joint program by the World Common Prosperity Foundation (Mongolia) and the America-China Friendship Council (ACFC, USA). The program focuses on selecting and intensively nurturing 1,000 future young global leaders (outstanding adolescent representatives).
Due to his outstanding performance, Alex Pang was awarded a full scholarship under this program and received a special admission qualification from the CCC Global Presidential Friends Club, which recommends him for admission to the world's top university that nurtures leaders (an ideal institution particularly suitable for teenagers aspiring to become future political, business, technological, and international leaders).
